I'd assume so, because I have a 130-pound lab who fits in there.
The description on the aluminum carabiner buckle has been updated, as you can see as you scroll through the photos. I'm not sure how or why this happened.
This seatbelt is what I use, and the bungie cord is what makes a difference because it is stretchy but not too loose or fake. But it also has the easiest clip on our husky and the adjustment guard band, so I know that when I tighten or loosen the belt to the length I want, it won't loosen more and more over time! We love this one! If you're looking for a unique way to
The strap measures about an inch in width.

At a speed of about 70 miles per hour, a car that failed to yield was boned. Rayder's life was saved by her harness, which prevented her from flying out of the vehicle when the airbags activated. She is unharmed and does not appear to have been traumatized in the least.
This is a fantastic product, and I especially like how stiff the bungee is. I also like the extra clip for the back of SUVs because it gives you more options. My miniature dachshund, on the other hand, chewed the seatbelt right through. She also isn't a big chewer. She only chews on her toys normally. It's hanging on by a thread in this photo. I did, however, place an order for a new one because it appears to be the most durable and high-quality option available on Amazon.
This was exactly what I needed to keep my goldendoodle safe in my Jeep and it worked perfectly. Because this product hasn't been safety/crash tested, and I wanted a little more security, I used it in conjunction with another product. What I like best about it is that it attaches directly to the metal bracket, just like a child's car seat would. My only concern is that the clip/carabiner that attaches to the harness is quite small, and I'm not sure how well it would hold up in an accident. Even with bother, my dog was able to move around in the back seat and change positions, which suggests that it should be used in conjunction with the other product that works with the seatbelt. This item also attaches to the D-rings with ease. My Jeep's back section has a ring.
I used it in conjunction with a backseat cover (which prevents the dog from sliding out of the seat), and the result was that my buddy was safely tethered in place even when we came to a complete stop. This tether's inch or so of elastic has helped to cushion any sudden stops to the doggo harness. br>br>I'm using the clip to secure a childseat, but this tether comes with both a hool/clip and a seatbelt clip, increasing its versatility. It also has an elastic band sewn in to keep whatever anchoring method you're not using out of the way against the length of the tether. br>br>When I was comparing options on Amazon, I noticed that this particular brand had a clip/hook for anchoring, elastic for some shock absorption, and a wider range of length settings for my large dog than other brands.
They're long enough to give them plenty of room to move around, but not so much that they can climb out the window. They appear to be durable enough to protect them in the event of a car accident. I've got them attached to a sturdy harness, and everything is going well so far.
Every other leash/seat connecter has been stretched out by him! This one allows him to move around a little bit more. He has the ability to drive in the back seat, but it prevents him from driving in the front! The caribina hook makes it simple to connect to his harness! That's my favorite hook! Even when he's pulling on the harness, it's simple to buckle and unbuckle. Thank you very much! br>I got it in red so that it would stand out on my black dog cover Upholstery saver back seat. I simply leave it clicked into the metal bar (the piece that connects a baby seat) so that I can finally take him with me, safe in the knowledge that we are both safe! br>By the way, he can still get some time on the console. There isn't enough to divert my attention away from the task at hand. He is a large and powerful young man!.
This was purchased for my golden puppy because our first visit to the veterinarian was a complete disaster. He was crawling into my lap on a regular basis, which was a safety hazard, so I was able to train him to stay in "his" seat for car rides. It also keeps him in the car when he wants to hang his whole body out the window. br>br>It appears to be well made; I've never had the opportunity to put it to the test in a crash, but it's certainly better than nothing (we can't crate him in our car). It comes with a latch clip and a seatbelt clip that simply clips into the buckle's usual location. In a pinch, it can also be used as a leash if you forget to bring one to the dog park.
"High energy" isn't nearly enough to describe him. Consider the most energetic dog you've ever seen. Imagine that dog snorting ten pixie sticks and downing an energy drink at the same time. Worse has happened. He's failed obedience school twice, jumps so high that he can look me in the eyes in the middle of the jump, and he's knocked me and the chair I was sitting in off the porch. Do you see what I mean? He got out of his last seat belt, which was too loose (RIP leather back seat), and broke it. This one is STRONG, and it fits him perfectly in the back cargo area! I was initially put off by the higher price, but it is well worth it. This is an excellent product.
