Is the dog's leash long enough for him to lie down or move around?

This is what I use for two small dogs (approximately five pounds each). (7 lbs.). They are able to move, stand, and lay in some cases. This effectively confines them to the seat in which I placed it. It attaches to the headrest and is slightly stretchy, so the amount of movement will undoubtedly vary depending on the type of seat, headrest, and dog. This is fantastic because it prevents them from jumping all over the car while still allowing them to move around in a restricted space.

Is it long enough for my puppy to stick his head out the window?

It is, but there are a few factors to think about. Any of the three headrests in the back or the passenger headrest in the passenger seat can be used to connect the double seat belt. You won't have any problems as long as they have legs that can reach the window or a car seat. We adore our toy poodle and westie so much that we purchased a second for our golf cart, which the dogs also enjoy.

Is it possible to take your dogs for a walk using it?

Walking dogs would find it a little short.

Are they strong enough to support the weight of two massive danes?

I wish I could give you an answer, but I bought this product for my two Yorkshire Terriers. The construction, on the other hand, speaks for itself in terms of sturdiness.

We have a three-year-old toy poodle and a two-year-old westie terrier mix, both of which were rescues, and we want to keep them safe while we travel. They both have car seats, and this tandem restraint keeps them both in their seats. It is highly adjustable, extremely strong, and has extra sturdy hardware. Much larger dogs would be able to use it because it is strong and large enough. One yolk for the car has two harness attachment hooks, which we really like. Great. We enjoy it, and the children are unconcerned.

On a 10-hour road trip, it worked out perfectly. Simple to work with. It extends past the headrest. and attaches to the harness with ease. The fact that dogs couldn't get into the front seat irritated them, but it kept them safe in the back seat for the duration of the journey. I like how flexible it is and how it does not confine them too much. I strongly advise you to do so.
