When you press the vibrate or spray buttons on the collar, it will beep simultaneously. br>We designed the sound in this way for three reasons:
(1). It could mean the product is in good working order.
(2). It can keep you from accidentally pressing a button.
(3). Dogs can be taught to develop conditioned reflexes, and as long as they hear sounds in the future, they will obey your commands. br>br>If you truly dislike this design, please get in touch with us for assistance. Have a pleasant day. br>br>
This collar can only be controlled by the remote; it will never spray when the dog barks on its own, allowing you to avoid the 'false-alarm' scenario. Automatic spray designs are common for sprays. br>You don't have to get close to your dog to use the spray button; you can press it from a long distance and your dog will be sprayed.
Yes, you can cut it, but you must burn the cut edge with a lighter or match to prevent the braided thread from loosening.

A lot. br>Brody is fairly responsive to commands, but his favorite pastime is barking at strangers, dogs, squirrels, the AMAZON guy, and things that go bump in the night. There's nothing like an 85-pound boxer to get you up in the morning. When he hears a snowflake hit in the middle of the night as he lay beside you, a bull's deep throated bark during your only REM time. br>br>At first, I was sceptical, but the three-way remote convinced me to give it a shot. I'm not going to let him stop barking. On command (or, as Brody would say, suggestion), I want him to stop barking. A sensor collar that activates when the dog barks was not something I wanted. So, for the first time, I put this on him and waited for a response. Aha! In the distance, a butterfly flutters its wings. He barks. "No barking," I say. He does, of course. As a result, I repeat myself. I press the BEEP button after he completes his sentence. He jumps and looks around, surprised, but he doesn't bark. When he sees me with the remote, he gets irritated. Looks out the window, then back out the window, then back out the window and barks. "There will be no barking!" ” BEEP. He stops. He looks at me, then out the window, growling in a guttural tone. "There will be no barking!" ”. I get a look. "You've been a good boy, you've been a good boy!" Do you want to be pampered? " He comes over for a snack. br>After a week of using the device, he has become extremely receptive to the "NO BARK!" command. " suggestion, no beep, just seeing me with the remote I use the beep 95% of the time, beep buzzer rest, and once spray puff of the time. That did not sit well with him. At all. br>I was in the kitchen this morning when he opened his door and walked out onto his deck. I hadn't yet fitted him with a collar. The two yapping lint balls from across the street came out onto their driveway. Brody swallowed a couple of times before clearing his throat. "NO BARK! ", I yelled at him. 'NO BARK!' says the narrator. "br>br>HE HAS QUIT! They continued to yap (as they always do). Yap. YAP). Brody barked at them again for about half a minute before turning and returning to the house. Unlike my fence collar, which is barely audible, this device emits a nice loud BEEP. That BEEP is the end of it. br>br>Now, your dog might not be as smart as Brody, and your kids might not be as smart as mine, but this thing has come in handy, and the remote has an easy-to-find switch to control the collar for two kids, er, dogs. Please keep in mind that I DO NOT recommend using this on children. Citronella isn't a deterrent in the slightest. I might re-order if there was a scent of broccoli or green beans. evaluate. Thank you for taking the time to read this article. br>br>.
The first collar was purchased for one of our three beagles to try on. loved it! We didn't want to startle our dogs, so we went with Tone, Tone/Vibrate, and Tone/Vibrate/Citronella. To be honest, we only use Tone if they are barking at other dogs from the trail behind our house directly at our fence. Normally, the Tone/Vibrate will stop the barking if Tone does not. The Citronella button has only been used once so far. Tone is fantastic for workouts. It makes us think of Pavlov's Dog. We did, however, purchase a second collar - The end result is the same, and I adore it. Our third beagle, on the other hand, required a collar of his own. We posed the following query: "There are three dogs in our household. " Is it possible to wear three different collars at the same time? " and received a variety of responses (many thanks!). To be sure, we decided to purchase a third collar and conduct our own test. It works. There are three dogs and three remotes. While we could have gotten fancier with a single controller set to switch position 1/2, we decided to keep three controllers in our kitchen and label them with the names of our three dogs. We use the appropriate controller(s) when the appropriate dog(s) bark. br>br>We stuck with this brand because it is of excellent quality. Only once a week, we charge the remote battery and the collar. The battery life is adequate for us. The collar can be cut to size, and the fabric can be sealed to prevent fraying by using a lighter. By purchasing the fabric and connectors from a hardware store, we will be able to create three different colors. It will also be easier to put the collars on and off in the morning and evening. br>br>Our youngest beagle was adopted from a shelter, and the other two were rescued from a puppy mill, where the brothers were some of the "fathers. " We've been working hard to train our beagles and needed some humane assistance; the Tone on their collars has proven to be very effective, and we would recommend it. We're also happy to report that it now works for all three!.
