Reviewing products is not something I do, but this one merits a review. Until I bought this, my 7 pound yorkie terrier was barking at everything and anything. She had the habit of jumping on my visitors and leaking their faces, which had me going nuts. Whenever I am entertaining people, all I do is show her the remote and she knows automatically what to do without even having to put on the collar. Since I bought the collar, she certainly notices the vibrations when people come over. This purchase has been a great experience for me.

Even though I have done everything it said to do in the instructions, the collar only stays on for 5 minutes no matter how hard you shake it or how long your dog wears it. As soon as I put the collar and the remote on my puppy and took him outside, the green light was still on. I pushed the remote button the second time after about one minute, and he did not respond and I had to check In order to make sure the collar stays activated by your pet's movement, the instructions told me it should activate automatically by movement. However, I tried several times, and each time I had to push the on button on the collar to activate it again. Despite charging the collar again for another 2 hours, I turned it on on the counter top and shook it every 30 seconds for yet another 5 minutes, and it shut itself off. (HOW USLESS) When your dog has a collar that shuts off in five minutes, how do you train him? Announcing an update! As per my contact with the seller, they offered to replace the whole package at no extra charge, so good customer service there.

I made the purchase for my pup since it came with great reviews. Upon receiving this photograph, I was shocked to see she was only 2 months old, weighing a whopping 3 lbs. Only once did I put it on shock. I only set it to vibrate or sound. It was horrifying (pun intended) when one day, I had the collar on her, but the remote was on the counter in another room, and no one was there when she suddenly began howling and loosening up. As soon as I saw her, I removed her collar. Despite having removed the collar, I was still shocked by it. It was set to shock level 9, which is a low shock level. Thank God, she did not suffer severe damage. It had never been set to level 9, not even for the I was no longer able to change the settings on it after that incident. There was a shock level 9 on the machine. A different unit was completely chosen in place of the unit I returned. It is almost 5 months since the little girl was born, but she has still been fearful Although I haven't even put the new unit on her yet, I have already seen her cower in fear when I use the remote. She received a potentially deadly reprimand for anything she did in her playpen other than sleep on her blankie. That is certainly not the reaction I wanted from her. Instead, I wanted her just to understand that certain behaviors were good and certain were not.

It is the best product ever!! I used this to stop the non-stop meowing of my cat! Worked like a charm! The battery lasts a long time. It has been 4 days since we let it go. It still has life and could live Now that we are no longer waking up at night due to meowing, we are able to sleep.
