You'd have to contact the manufacturer for more information. It wasn't an issue for me because I was carrying charges. Chargers that plug into standard outlets are compatible.
Because it is reflective and has a leash clip, the plastic is intended for use outside or while walking on a leash. There is no clip for a leash on the nylon, so it's only for indoor use.
My dog is a shih tzu, and he barks at everything. It had only been on for a week when I forgot to turn it on today, but no barking has occurred. Outstanding work.
For a few seconds, hold down both buttons at the same time. It will vibrate or beep (I'm not sure which) before shutting down. a test I didn't see that in the instructions, which is why I thought it was an error.

My dog stopped barking after I flipped the switch; I must admit that I was initially skeptical, but it works! br>br>As a dog lover, I was concerned when I received this collar because I assumed it would shock my dog and cause him harm, but this could not be further from the truth. When the dog barks, the dog collar vibrates, which is more like a massage than anything else (I tried it; I only give my dog what I would use on myself), but the bottom line is that it has stopped him barking. On this dog collar, there are a variety of vibration levels; I recommend starting with the lowest and working your way up. br>br>Now that I've got my pet under control, I won't have to put up with him; I'm in a wonderful mood!.
To begin, I'll say that this was the only collar that didn't have reviews indicating that the seller was offering $25 gift cards for positive reviews, which is why I bought it after returning another one that had a lot of those reviews but wasn't great. br>br>When I unboxed this one, it came with a card stating that if a good review was left, a $25 gift card would be given, so I assumed it wouldn't be any good either. . . but I was pleasantly surprised! br>br>I purchased the collar for my terrier mix, who enjoys barking at everything for long periods of time. She barked a little the first day, but only for a short time. . . . Today was a good test because she always barks and tries to attack the vacuum when I'm putting it up; when I put it up today, she barked, and it immediately beeped and vibrated at her; she ran out of the room, and returned to bark, but decided it was probably best not to. lol! I'm very pleased with that outcome!br>br>She weighs about 9 pounds, so it's not too big and bulky on her. I leave it on all day if we're at home, but I charge it at night. br>I do have a couple of gripes - The mode and power buttons are small and difficult to press, but not too difficult. It's also very sensitive, which is great until my almost 2-year-old starts squealing while playing and it beeps and vibrates her. I had the sensitivity set to 5, but after this continued to happen, I reduced it to 4 to see if that would help with the problem. Overall, I am extremely pleased with this collar, and I am confident that if it can help my hellion, it can help any dog!.
This collar is the only thing that works. It's been three wonderful days and two wonderful nights of sound sleep without any barking! Today I have it on my lap, and if anyone makes him think about barking, I just hold the collar up and he stops dead. br>Ty ty ty.
My strong-willed dog remains docile as a result of this, and my other dog remains quiet. All of this makes it possible for my 10-month-old to nap peacefully once more. That is fantastic in my opinion. For a rechargeable bark collar, the battery life appears to be adequate, and my dog appears to be unconcerned. It's smaller and more low-profile than the other collar we use, so it doesn't appear as bulky on my 19-pound dog.
It's a good system. I'm hoping they won't accept it. However, I do not believe they will. When the collar goes off, the dog who is more likely to bark despises it. It's just a vibration, but it lasts a long time, which is preferable to the citronella bark collar, which they couldn't care less about and would bark right through, emptying the container in no time (ineffective). So far, I'm liking it. I also like the charging cable because it has a standard round plug rather than one of those tiny oddly shaped phone charging USB things that you have to deal with. AND, unlike the citronella version, this was less expensive.
The collar was delivered in excellent condition. I was able to quickly charge, test, and put the collar on our serial barking german shepherd/german shorthaired pointer mix by following the instructions. My dog knew right away that barking was not acceptable because of the vibration and tone. We've been using it for two days and have noticed a significant reduction in noise in our home. The collar came with two comfortable straps, a charging cord, a couple of vibration nubs, and clear instructions. We currently have two dogs and are thinking about adding another.
I purchased two of these for our one-year-old Dachshunds, who bark at everything that moves. So far, everything is going swimmingly. They're still getting used to the collars and figuring out how to use them. br>Collars are simple to set up, and the plastic collars can be trimmed to fit their necks. I like that the package includes a thick nylon collar as well as a plastic-coated sleeve. For leashes, there is a reflective collar. Furthermore, there is an additional feature where it alerts - It's pretty cool that it beeps and then vibrates the collar. So far, there have been no major issues, but if I had to pick one flaw, it would be that after the collar activates and vibrates, it takes a second or two for it to reset before it can alert and vibrate again. In between cycles, your dog may be able to get away with a few barks.
