It should
I've never seen anything as small as this cone. I threw it away because there was no way to get it back. If you're ordering it for a guinea pig, make sure to specify that it's for one. ((I ended up getting one for $25 from the vet, and it was made of really nice fabric.))
I believe it is too large and long for a pig, but the velcrodoes allow for customization.

I should've returned it, but it was inexpensive, and I was busy/lazy at the time. Problem 1: It took my Abyssinian about three minutes to figure out how to get out of it. I then used copious amounts of duct tape to tape it to him. This kept it on him, but it resulted in issue number two. Problem 2) A black feltish material is used to cover the outside perimeter and connection points. It gathers dirt and grime at a rate faster than a two-year-old in a mud puddle. In an 8-hour day, I was completely filthy. Consider a cat in a cone with a swiffer mop attached to coat the cone. I filed it under file 13. br>br>.
I'm not sure how I feel about it, so I'll give it a neutral rating. I bought this for my cat after he was neutered, but I never used it because I was concerned about his health. being. After I put the cone on his head, he went absolutely crazy whipping his head around trying to get it off. Cats are supposed to take it easy after surgery, but after I put the cone on his head, he went absolutely crazy whipping his head around trying to get it off. I was concerned that he would sustain a neck injury, so I removed it and replaced it with a fluffy donut. I don't want to leave a bad review because some cats may enjoy it, but I also don't want to leave a positive review because my cat did not enjoy it.
This cone was useful because it was the only thing she couldn't break or take off herself, and she couldn't lick her medicine off. I was skeptical at first because I had heard from a few other people who had purchased this for their cat and said it came off easily or was too small. She attempted to remove it at first but eventually gave up. She struggled to manage her cone at first because she would knock over her food or accidentally bump into something, but she quickly adjusted. The only thing I wish was that the top of the cone didn't have a fabric lining because her claws got caught in it. br>br>**Some background**Recently, my cat had to begin using medicated creams on her skin. She would not stop licking her medicine off, fleeing, biting, and scratching, but she had no choice if her fur was to continue to fall off. br>br>If you tried to put a collar on my cat, trim her nails, or do anything else for her, she would become aggressive, hostile, and evasive. My cat is also quite strong; I used to keep her in a restraint bag so I could clip her nails, but she managed to get out of it, and she would yank off any collar you tried to put on her. I had to put on anti-scratch and bite gloves and enlist the help of another person to put the cone on her, but once I did, I was able to apply her medicine without difficulty.
She is extremely picky, to the point where she will not wear a regular collar without becoming enraged! Using the cat burrito method, I was able to get this cone onto her. Thankfully, the strong velcro made it simple and quick, even for me. br>Of course, she was displeased. He walked funny and seemed disoriented. For any cone, it's likely to be standard. The cone, however, is still in place almost 24 hours later. She isn't happy about it, but with reassurance and cuddles, she is able to remain calm. With the help of the cone, she can get to her food and water. She can nap, stretch, and move around freely, though she is a little clumsy. The material appears to be very easy to clean and has proven to be durable in the face of her scratches. She hasn't been able to annoy her healing ears/favorite, so I'm very pleased with this purchase!.
This is a terrible idea. Food, water, and litter get everywhere in the fabric and Velcro areas. It becomes flooded as well. heavy and leaves wet stains everywhere, as well as the goo that will form as a result of the inevitable mix of water and litter. The stitching will then come undone due to the constant wetness, requiring removal and washing. Furthermore, the sticker glue is impossible to remove with any solvent known to man, but the paper dissolves over time due to the wetness, leaving a nasty sticky substance behind that collects more nastiness. This is a disgusting mess. I'm grateful for the low cost. The simple plastic one from the veterinarian's office is far superior.
This product exceeded my expectations, and I would purchase it again. Sadly, my four-year-old daughter was born with a year- I ordered this cone collar because my old male Manx cat had fleas for the first time, and I didn't want him to lick off the topical flea treatment. I took two measurements to ensure accuracy. After two days, the order arrived. It was simple to put on and adjust, and I was relieved that I had measured correctly. I didn't wrap it around him tightly enough the first time, and he was able to slip it off by simply backing up. I gripped him tighter the second time. I had no trouble wrapping the collar around his neck and adjusting it a few times. To get it off, he tried everything he could to back up. It wouldn't come off, which was the true test for me; I like that it's bendable and moves with my cat, and that it's clear coated so he can see left and right. It took him about an hour just to get up and start walking. I'm surprised he accepted it so quickly. Needless to say, I was able to apply the topical application without fear of him licking any of the product off, rendering it ineffective, or worse, ingestion of the poison. I simply removed it from him after 24 hours of wear, wiped it clean, and placed it back in its plastic sleeve to be used again in the future. This is one of those items that I wouldn't think to keep on hand, but once I do, I'll be glad I did. I read a lot of articles, and it seemed like the same thing was the main concern among pet owners. "What will happen if he licks it off?" they kept asking. " or "Will my cat be okay, as I've noticed he's licking it off?" " I'm so glad I decided to buy this cone because my pet had already licked it off and was seizing or panting extremely hard.
