Isn't it nice not to worry, my kitten got this off for now (she was spayed) and was wearing a medium. You just have to choose a size that fits.
Yes, I am. This can be done, but I usually wash the cat recovery cone by hand, so it'll last longer that way
In terms of a small dog, yes. About 8 lbs is the weight of my cat and it fits her well as there's room to spare for a larger
My kitty never bothered to eat or drink when wearing this cone of shame, but he is still naughty at heart,

She doesn't seem to mind it too much. . .
She is able to lie down comfortably and uses it as a "pillow" during her rest periods. As opposed to the plastic cones, which obstruct vision and are not comfortable. The shirt was washed and dried once. That was really well-made, and it lasted a very long time. She would always tear up her face and ears every time. We got her to stop her "kitty acne" but in the end she did it. This, coupled with medicine, puts me in a great mood! Getting her the care she needs is helping her heal.
His brother beat him with it within two minutes of him having adapted to it, and now it's his pillow, his beauty accessory, and even his weapon. Even if he's sad when I have to remove it, he'll still appreciate it in the end. My husband doesn't feel worried leaving him alone with it on because it works so well. The giblets cannot be licked by him (he was neutered) so they are still serving their purpose nonetheless.
Initially, I love this, but it won't tighten enough for the cat to not be able to As such, it is somewhat of a waste of time. The only thing to keep in mind is that my cat is quite small, so you may want to try it on a bigger A much better idea than the ones made of plastic.
I put this on my kitten after she had surgery and she was able to eat, sleep, and play by itself while wearing it. It would be great to have this again if she ever needs more surgery in the future!.
The neutering of my kitten prompted me to get this for him. This held up so well considering he's a monster, and I was afraid he was going to try to take it off.
My cat needed a cone after a procedure and none of the plastic cones let her get close to her site. She actually preferred the soft ones to the plastic ones and was more energetic in them. The cone did get soiled when she used the litter box, so I got an extra so I could keep changing them for cleaning as necessary.
I had no problems with my cat when I used this. In any case, she didn't seem bothered by it. This is a far better alternative to A carry-on pillow made for a great travel companion. When she went to the litter box, it did get wet in the water bowl and attached to the bottom when it got wet. I found the repair and cleanup to be easy. This is definitely a purchase I am happy with.
The pet ate it which made the collar a bit dirty, but he/she couldn't remove it.
