In the second garment purchase we applied a large regular bandaid over the stitches and then stuck a large 2x4 bandaid on the inside material of the garment over that and a second 2x4 bandaid on the outside, directly over it. We done that on both I thought the cats would be a good idea. There would be 3 bandaids and one layer of garment material to chew through if they chewed on the area of their incisions. We tried the inflatable donut collars and neck cones from the Vet before these garments, but the cats did not seem to notice a difference. So far no animals are suffering from this.
