This tree was chosen for my cat because I was hoping to find one that was around his window height (approximately 40") and also large enough for him. I needed one that had a larger top spot for him since he loves to sit on trees at the top. The vast majority of cat trees feature a small square on top that can be used by the cats to sit on.
