I don't have mine in the corner, and my cats are very hyper and run all over the place, but mine hasn't tipped over yet, and I have eight cats. I also bought three of these cat trees, two in the living room and one in my room.br>This is the only cat tree I've bought that's been sturdy enough and hasn't given me any problems.
Our larger (medium-sized) cat is able to fit inside. It makes him curl up and he enjoys it. br>Because of the overhang, it took ours a while to gain the confidence to enter it, but that is also movable.
Yes, it is very popular among fat cats. It's a rock-solid foundation. For added stability, it comes with a wall anchor. I have three cats, two of them quite large. When they're all done with it, it'll still be safe. The most reliable brand when it comes to cat trees. I've gotten a lot of them checked out. I purchased two different styles because it is so good. Place them next to each other for the ultimate cat condo!

It has everything I've been looking for (and I've done a lot of searching): a plush, light grey color, a large bowl large enough for my adult cat to sleep in, tall, and cute It complements the grey and gold theme that runs throughout my apartment. It was a cinch to assemble. It was so simple to put together that I was watching Grey's Anatomy while doing it — a show I can't get enough of! The plush perch at the top is cozy and big enough for my long cat (we think he's part ferret) to stretch out and sleep. This cat tree can accommodate up to two cats. Definitely three cats! Also, the cost is reasonable and well worth the investment. This is far superior to any of the more expensive cat trees I've seen!.
We have a total of eight cats (don't judge!). I had an Amarkat 3 platform tower from PetCo for 6 years, and most of them had claws. The sisal around the posts was frayed, but it was otherwise in good condition until one of the platforms collapsed. It was used on a daily basis, with three young cats romping from level to level, so I thought six years was a good run. I bought this tower six weeks ago for a change of pace and because the basket and hammock appealed to me. My cats adore this tower and would give it five stars if they were writing the review. The 'house' (which they prefer to the Amarkart one for some reason) and the large platform with the hole are particularly appealing to them. My older cats enjoy lounging on the large platform, while the younger ones are mesmerized by the hole. Because the house is solid only on the top and bottom, I only give it three stars. The sides are made of a single layer of fabric, and the cats have already ripped several holes in two of them. While looking into the holes, I discovered that the fabric on the tops of several of the main posts is separating. Unlike our previous tower, which had sisal covering the entire post, this one has fabric top and bottom with sisal in the middle. This is not a good design. The cats are scratching the entire post, and the fabric is beginning to fray. I'd rather it didn't look shabby because it's right off our kitchen. I don't think this tower will last anywhere near as long as our previous one did, so I've resigned myself to spending more money in the not-too-distant future, most likely at PetCo. Bummer.
I've always been hesitant to order a cat tree online because so many of them appear to be too small, geared toward kittens, made of flimsy materials, or simply not sturdy enough. br>br>I was surprised by Songmic in comparison to other cat trees I've had or seen. First and foremost, I'd like to point out that the base particle board is very thick and gives the impression of sturdiness in holding everything together; it is not a thin sheet of board that appears to be poorly put together. The fabric is well put together and has rounded edges. The paw print made of Faix leather and the rubber logo underneath was a nice touch. The poles are also thicker and more durable than many others, which are typically thin and flimsy. I like that there is an open space above the house for my kitten to lie down, as well as a large seat with a cushion to make it easier on his body. The good news for him is that this tree is large enough that he will be able to use it as he grows older without feeling crowded. br>br>Overall, this tree is a great design, made of higher-quality materials, robust, suitable for people of all ages, and simple to assemble. Anyone looking for a tower should check out this brand.
I'm having trouble finding things for my big boy cat to use that won't spill or are sturdy enough for him. He'll still cram himself into regular cat furniture, but I enjoy spoiling all of my pets. This is ideal for him and much larger than I anticipated, especially given the low price; he enjoys sleeping in the tiny house. My smaller girl cat prefers to sleep in the circle hammock next to the house, which surprised me because I wasn't sure if either of them would like it because it doesn't have a stable bottom surface. It's fairly simple to put together. br>br> It will take some time to put this together, so make sure you have plenty of space. When I went to build the next level, I realized I had put the house in the wrong hole by accident. It's fairly simple, aside from having to backtrack a little to correct that. Everything is either hand screwed in or a hex screwdriver (included) is used to install it.
This cat tree was fantastic! This item is extremely durable. I was afraid it would be wobbly because my raccoon crawled all over it. Not. At. All. He enjoys strewn about the place. My squirrel enjoys running around in it as well. br>I attempted to move the basket to the right side, away from the wall, but you must construct it in the manner shown. Before you begin, go over the pictures to familiarize yourself with the components. The cat house is screwed in all the way to the right, rather than in the middle. That was the extent of my issues. It's a minor issue.
It was, however, an excellent purchase. It came with all of the fun little 'bells and whistles,' including a plush carpet, was incredibly simple to assemble, and stood exactly as tall as described! The detachable fish-shaped feeding/water dish is also a hit with us. It's on the third level, far enough away from the dogs that it can't eat them.
To be fair, they've enjoyed all of the cat trees I've given them over the years, but this one stands out. br>br>This one appeals to me because it is a little less distracting. It's still a boxy cat tree, but these things come in the most revolting colors. This is a soft gray, almost silvery color, and I no longer think to myself, "God, that thing is ugly," whenever I pass it. br>br>I'll keep hoping that some product designer somewhere will come up with an aesthetically pleasing yet affordable cat tree, but until then, I'll keep ordering this model in this color.
