Either the float is malfunctioning or the needle valve has become stuck. You can try tapping on the bowl from time to time to see if that helps. If that doesn't work, you'll either have to remove the bowl or dry it out and send it back to be replaced. The quality of this manufacturer is usually quite high. Mikuni carbs should not be purchased because they cause problems.

This carburetor fits my Toro CCR2000 snowblower from 1994 perfectly. Unhooking the primer bulb line, throttle linkage, choke lever, and fuel line, draining the fuel, unscrewing the old carb, screwing on the new carb, and reattaching everything took about 20 minutes. I had to use some Johnsen's Starter Fluid to get the snowblower started, but after that it ran for about four hours without issue. It used to surge and stall, and it didn't have all of the power it needed; It's as good as new now! And $15 is a lot less than Toro's asking price for a new carburetor, which is $190. It was well worth the money and time to give my 25-year-old snow blower a new lease on life! (By the way, if you're having trouble starting your car, a Stens Mega-Ignition might be the answer. ) Ignition module Fire II (440-440-440-440-440-440-440 465); It's also only $15, and it'll work on any small engine.
My TORO CCR 2000 snowblower was a perfect match. All of the necessary gaskets were included in the package. It was only a matter of adjusting the mixture screw (which was already fully seated from the factory). I'm in my case, and I've unbolted it 1. 5 turns. While you're at it, I recommend replacing the fuel lines as well. I primed it until I heard the carb gurgle, then pulled three times and it started right up. It's gone through three tanks of gas without a hitch.
The Idle Mixture Screw is also included on this carburetor, allowing you to adjust the idle mixture if necessary. Couldn't be more pleased with my purchase!.
I hadn't used my snowblower in at least 20 years. I replaced the gas line, primer bulb, and carburetor when I got the kit. I replaced the gas/oil mixture, primed it a few times, and it started the first time!.
Modifications were required.
For my Toro snowblower, this was a great deal on a carburetor. I don't have anything negative to say.
The new carburetor was installed and started on the fourth pull. Ran good! Replace that carb instead of trying to rebuild it!.
