Following the instructions was relatively easy only took about 20 minutes for me to build this. It is a bit narrow, so the ladder will be difficult to use. Many of these wouldn't work due to the fact that they had to be connected to the pool. An extra-wide step would be more comfortable for me, and one that was sturdy would be more sturdy.
