I purchased the ProTuff 13" Silt Net for my koi pond about 18 months ago. It's very tough, and it's been used to scoop leaves and scrape small debris off the concrete bottom of my pond, which doesn't have a bottom drain. The fine mesh is ideal for catching the majority of very small particles, and it can be cleaned with a hose. A small tear in the net near the bottom caught my eye about a week ago. It wouldn't have bothered me if the tear had been closer to the top, but it was closer to the bottom, and the toad eggs I was scooping out of the pond that day kept leaking out of the torn area. So, I was planning to purchase the same net because I liked it so much, but I was reminded of the lifetime warranty when I looked it up on Amazon. I sent an email to the company asking if the warranty would cover my torn net, and I received a response the next day. A brand new net arrived in the mail five days later. I love it even more than the first because the seller is fantastic, the products are fantastic and exactly as described, and the customer service is outstanding! Our first net was broken at the handle due to an unfortunate incident. In two days, ProTuff delivered a new net to me - There are no fees, and there are no inconveniences! They are fantastic, and you will not be disappointed with your purchase. My only regret is that it took me so long to obtain one. Our swimming pool was not in good condition. 10 different species of pine trees are strategically placed under and in the drop zone. We had to cut down a number of trees after we gave up fighting. All of the needles were bad enough, but now we have the dead needles that were sheltered by those other trees, and this year has been a bear! Our regular internet is one of my favorite things - This one, on the other hand, will not let even the tiniest pine needles pass through. Thank you so much, ProTuff!.

I purchased this fine mesh pool net in 2018 and have been very pleased with how well it handles fine floating debris on the pool surface. I live in the metro Phoenix, Arizona area, and we get dirt devils and sandstorms from time to time. I've used it to remove sand from the pool's bottom. The mesh net ripped away from the frame earlier this month. After sending an email to ProTuff, I received a new replacement within a week, free of charge! I also have a ProTuff medium mesh pool skimmer net that has been outside by the pool for three hot and sunny summers in Arizona with no issues. ProTuff and their products have persuaded me to buy them.

Not these guys. They 100% stand by their products without asking any questions. For my new pool, I bought a pole and a net. Needless to say, the pool builders destroyed my net with what I assume was a cigarette burn, and I have no idea what they did to the pole. I was prepared for a fight with ProTuff, assuming that I would have to take responsibility for my newly purchased items or try to persuade them that negligent pool builders were to blame for their failure (which was not their fault). Nope. They were unconcerned about the situation. Without so much as a question, he sent me all new stuff. There were no pictures, begs, pleadings, or debates. They simply delivered on what they promised from the beginning. br>I'd also like to comment briefly on the product's quality. I've owned pools my entire life and have purchased hundreds of nets and poles, and these are by far the best in terms of quality and functionality. I was a little wary at first because the prices were higher than usual, but the quality of these products is well worth the money, even if they don't come with a warranty. With me, they've gained a lifelong customer. This is without a doubt the best pool skimmer I've ever used. I have a pool enclosure so my skimming consists of 99% tiny dirt that manages to blow in through the screens or very tiny noseeum bugs. Well, recently I noticed% This super tough mesh was pierced by a very small hole. The hole is about the size of a pea. I'm not sure how, but I contacted this Amazon seller because I remembered the warranty from when I purchased this a year ago. I received a brand new skimmer, as promised. On April 8th, I reached out to them. They emailed me and asked me a few questions. One of the questions about shipping was asked. I didn't mind waiting for ten minutes. 14 days. It was delivered last night (twice in two days). 100% life warranty on the product WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW W So, what do you have to lose? This skimmer can be purchased for a reasonable price. now!.

On a 13" Protuff Spa Silt Net, I recently had to utilize the guarantee policy. I live in Puerto Rico and maintain a 30' x 15' small pool in the country. I purchased the rake on September 7, 2019 and use it once or twice a week, all year. Because the silt net broke after a few uses, I sent an email to the company (using Amazon contact) and received a response the next day. I was surprised when they only inquired about the order and my requirements for the product, and then promptly sent the "full" product, not just the net, but the entire Protuff 13" rake.
