Clearly, I do not agree with you. Brown is not the color of it. I guess you could say that it's grey, but in a weathered way. You can wear it with just about anything and it looks fabulous. There is no brown color to it.

It could have been assembled incorrectly, but I was disappointed with the lid, as it started curving after a few days of use. Assembly was okay, but the lid's material and structure were flimsy, and it does not hold its shape over time. It's obvious that this will affect the box's ability to survive in the elements. It would be worth it to spend a little extra and buy a better-quality storage box.
No damage was present in the product when it was delivered on time. A few screws were missing, though, which made it difficult to assemble. Calling the seller did not go through, but it is unclear who receives the number. After complaining about the missing parts through Amazon, I had a slow response from the seller. The response I received was that they did not know how to overnight the missing screws and would give me 30 bucks for me to go get them somewhere else. This is not a seller I would ever buy from.
If you have the wrong side up and think you have to use a mallet to fix it, you will crack the glass. I had to tape up various broken pieces of plastic in various places, and not only trying to keep it in place but also hammering it multiple times because it would not stay in place. (See pic, only showing one of many places where I needed to tape up the broken parts. The only thing that would have solved the issue is if they had marked the bottom piece "top/inside" and "bottom/outside". I love it! Let's say that I share 50% of the blame. To make matters worse, the front corners of the top lid will curl up by themselves (see photo below)! I'll put it 100% on the poor design of the product!.
The first point that I wish to make is As soon as the company heard I was considering buying a product, they contacted me to ask if I had any questions or needed anything. some trouble getting the sides flush with the front and back walls even after spending a considerable amount of time putting these together. A hammer was used to tap them lightly with as they are standing up. Additionally, with two people you will be able to put the lid on much easier than with My own efforts finally led to the completion of that task. Since this lid has hydraulics on both sides, I like the fact that it is more stable than a typical lid and that once it is opened, it stays open. The container does not have wheels, so it has to be lifted to move, but that is not a problem when it is Now, for me, I was two screws short, and as I said, they had emailed me to ask me if there was anything I needed and I'm waiting to hear back regarding Please see the attached image for a better understanding of what I mean. Since I've only had it a couple of days, the end of the lid is already warping - I feel it could use better materials. The picture shows an example of what I mean. I believe it is not so severe to concern myself about rain getting in, though we'll see how long after this heat wave that will continue to be a problem.
It was a bit difficult to assemble. Three people would have been needed. It was not the best set of instructions, but they were It wasn't clear to me if it was plastic when I ordered it on Prime Day. We were able to get it for a good price but probably wouldn't pay full price. A nice job has been done on this. It is hard to believe that it will be waterproof or bug-proof since the corners are curved up, leaving some areas open to invaders. In order to see if the weight will help keep it down, I added an over-sized planter on top. My overall opinion of the product is that it will be able to store our outdoor games and chair covers, but I am not confident it will last long. The ETA is My original review of this product was not very favorable, but I am upgrading it from 3 to 4 stars because of the excellent customer service. As far as my concerns were concerned, the company was very fair and went out of their way to help. This product is not difficult to put together, but I have heard it may be a bit difficult to assemble.
In order to attach it fully to the container, it cannot be secured completely. I love it when people make fun of me. Having to apply adhesive to keep it in place is now our only option. In addition, mice can enter the bottom of the box through the holes. Buy this product and don't be fooled!.
I highly recommend this deck box as a storage solution. In the instructions, it was indicated that two or more people would be needed in order to assemble the unit. With one person with a Masters degree, one with a Bachelors degree and another with a High School diploma, it was difficult for us to follow the pictures and instructions. I spent more than two hours making this box, but once it was finished, it is perfect for storing cushions and other items used on the deck. I think the user manual needs to be a little bit longer with more WRITTEN DESCRIPTIVE instructions on how to attach items. In addition to this, it appears to be water resistant and it has a lot of storage space.
