I am coming back to review that which has apparently been deleted (somewhat concerning), however I will be giving it a 5-out-of-10 I left a five-star review, since I received a replacement shipment with apparently all worms alive (I didn't see any dead ones, not that I looked too closely). My first shipment experience had been entered into an online feedback form rather than through Amazon, and I had contacted the company via their form to let them know about it (the only option I had through Amazon was a return request, which was a bit confusing in this case). After five days, a second shipment arrived, as described above, although I didn't get any kind of reply. Although Uncle Jim's doesn't do a good job at communication with their customers (apparently they don't at all), they at least stand by their products.
