For the first time, I have purchased a brand of toothpaste of much higher quality than what we used to get from the upscale store. As opposed to being fragmented, they are more substantial and whole. Whether or not the mealworms were broken didn't matter to the chickens. LOL They are still easy to feed because they are large and whole. THE BAGS STOCKED WITH MYSTERY BUGS WERE NOT MYSTERY BUGS.

In the past, I bought a small bag of meal worms and the chickens were not interested in them. In any case, a couple months later I found this big 5lb pound and was very pleased with myself. With these, I can get my chickens to go anywhere or do anything. I just have to shake the bag for them to know snack time has started and they run! You can give them to them as a treat, especially if you're trying to distract them (trim in the butt feathers or clean them). I also like that you can reseal them in the ziplock style bag. In conclusion, they are an excellent product and my girls are very happy with them!.

After opening, the worms were small and broken. The packaging was good, but the condition of the worms was not. The pieces were crushed quite a bit. As an aside, I've found that other brands I've bought here give a thicker worm, and while there may be a few crushed pieces, the crushed pieces are usually located at the bottom of the bags. It feels like what I received was less than what I had expected. More than 100 of my flock are with me. Mixing birds and using worms to encourage good behavior is a good option for encouraging positive behavior in birds. It is useless to take the crushed pieces and work with individual birds, and they are only good to apply in a broadcast manner. It didn't meet my expectations, and I don't recommend it. There ought to be a good source for reasonably priced worms made in the USA, but I haven't found one.

I am not sure why chickens love these worms, but they seem to enjoy them. Mixing grains for my chickens is what I feed them. Sunflower seeds roasted in black oil, wild bird seed, and scratch. It would seem that that is more than enough, wouldn't it? Although I believe that these dried worms are icing on the cake, my chickens do not think so. It is possible to find these Worms in During the last six months, I have kept these worms on hand for the entire period. This year is the FIRST time I have had eggs all winter long. Could it be that it was only the worms that caused it? My honest answer is I don't know. The truth is, I strongly believe that it was. It's a happy world when hens lay eggs. Hens are as happy as some people are with coffee when they see these worms. The number of chickens I have at the moment is around 30. Throughout the day and night, I consumed maybe 3 handfuls of the grain mix. it is a very expensive treat to give, but I will certainly buy it again in the future. It is because of egg production that people keep chickens, correct? And it seems that giving them these worms really makes a difference in the production of eggs.

I walk out with these and they run over to me. didn't notice many broken worms in the package, at least not more than I expected. The smell is not offensive, and handling them is easy. Despite the weight, my bag weighed a mere 5 pounds 1 ounce. The first time I received it, it weighed 7 ounces. The reviewers who claimed they had been shorted prompted me to weigh the evidence.
