The test light is in front of the battery pack, which is correct.
In October of 2018, I received a "NEW" battery. I just discovered the date code. It appears to have been created on August 1, 2016.
No, I don't believe they have a product that will allow you to do so.
These are, without a doubt, within FAA guidelines. You can look up FAA rules on what batteries are allowed on flights, and I believe there is a statement that portable tool batteries are OK; however, they may be required to be in checked baggage, as stated in the FAA rules.

(January 2017) The item received was exactly as described, with the exception that it was not "brand new. " Milwaukee told me over the phone that it was made in 2010. Because it was not sold by an authorized distributor, Milwaukee relies on the serial number, which indicates that the battery is three years old and no longer covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The product should have been labeled as "new old stock with no warranty, from inventory close-out" instead of "new old stock with no warranty. " out". It's worth noting that mine included an anti-theft device from the store. The package had a theft device riveted to it. br>br>What is the significance of this? Lithium secondary batteries have a 23-year shelf life, so a 6-year-old battery is unlikely to perform properly. It will stop working before it is supposed to. br>br>I'm returning it to you.
It's a decent battery in general. I have a lot of the 4 amp hour ones and figured that for the money, I could use a smaller one to make my tools lighter. I primarily use it on my flashlight, and it performs as expected. br>br>The only reason I gave it four stars was because the batteries were old stock. I checked the serial numbers and discovered that these batteries were manufactured in 2016 (this review was written in June 2018). That means that by the time I got them new, the warranty was almost over. br>br>Now, I've had some M18 batteries for over ten years, and they're still chooching. So, while I have no reason to believe these batteries will fail, in this day and age, I'd rather get newer manufactured batteries. br>br>I'm giving this 4 stars because the buyer has no way of knowing whether they're getting new or used batteries when they buy here. Overall, for the right price, I would recommend this battery.
It's probably not new stock, but it's old. I'm pretty sure it's never been used because it's still sealed in its original packaging. I bought this for my Milwaukee heated sweatshirt, but it had no charge when I received it, so I plugged it in and it said the battery was bad. I took it off and on the charger about 8 times before it decided to charge, and I charged it fully before putting it in my sweatshirt, but it only lasted 3 hours, which is unacceptable for a new M18. The sweatshirt is designed for M12 batteries, which last about 6 hours, but they offer the option of purchasing a M18 adapter for M18 batteries for longer run time, but I found that this battery performs worse than three-year-old M12 batteries.
as depicted in the product page's image It wasn't a Milwaukee brand battery when I received it; instead, it was an OEM product that appeared to have been refurbished. In either case, the product page did not make this clear. I had previously purchased OEM batteries and discovered them to be of poor quality, unable to hold a charge for any length of time, and in one case, unable to even recharge. My recommendation is to make sure you're getting genuine replacement parts for your product.
It was discovered to be lifeless. I tried to charge it, but it wouldn't accept any. Now I have to deal with the nightmare of returning it in a specific manner, printing all kinds of hazmat labels and return labels, and paying for shipping. Horrible experience, to say the least. I'm not sure why Amazon does business with third parties like this.
This is ideal for use with impact guns, nail guns, and possibly a small drill if weight is a concern. br>br>I've had these batteries for two years and have been screwing windows in with them. Several people have been dropped from as high as five stories in lifts and are still alive. The speed of the game is fantastic. One battery will last for more than 4 hours and can power up to 25 devices. 30 windows, with a total square footage of approximately 500 square feet Grinder, hammer drill, skill saw, sawzall, larger drills, flashlights, anything that requires a long trigger pullbr>br>Where this battery sucksbr>br> 2. br>br>1. br>br>br>br>br>br The amps are represented by a value of zero. With a 0 amp battery, you can use your tool for longer before it dies, and because they're all 18 volts, they'll all run at the same speed.
Long and arduous procedure - The project is still in progress. On September 06, 2021, I bought a battery for my wife as a Christmas present, as a second battery for her drill and a battery/bag kit. On December 30, 2021, the battery was opened and tried to be charged. The battery light flashed red and green, indicating a problem, and the phone refused to charge. The seller stated that the return window would close on October 13, 2021. I contacted Amazon Support, who walked me through the process of diagnosing the problem and confirming that the battery was defective. They stated that this was a warranty issue and that Milwaukee should be contacted. Amazon isn't an authorized dealer, according to Milwaukee. Milwaukee is still working on a solution. If you're buying, I strongly advise you to test the battery right away so you can return it if necessary.
This was purchased to add to my current collection of five. 18v Milwaukee Impact Wrenches with 0 Ah Batteries - It arrived in a brand new factory sealed package, just like it said it would. This is a good size to pair with the 5. I chose 0 Ah because there are times when I don't want the large battery hanging off the end of the cable to get into tighter spaces. br>br>The life of these fuel batteries is incredible, and this 2. No one is exempt from this rule. Sure, it doesn't even come close to the 5-minute mark. 0 before losing charge, but it does have the benefit of making the tool lighter and allowing it to fit into tighter spaces. br>br>I would strongly advise anyone to purchase 18V Fuel Milwaukee tools, including these batteries. br>br>Thank you for taking the time to read this.
