About a month ago, one of the four developed a problem where it couldn't hold a charge and wouldn't power tools for more than ten minutes. When fully charged, the timer counts down to 15 minutes. In comparison, I can run the leaf blower for at least an hour on the other 6Ah batteries. The string trimmer and chainsaw have a similar short life span. br>br>Dewalt replaced the battery promptly and without fuss; At my local Dewalt Service Center, it took me about 5 minutes. For the past five years, I've been using Dewalt 20V tools. These are well-made, high-quality tools, and Dewalt stands behind them wholeheartedly.
