It is well built and loaded with all the latest features. I had no problems right from the box and I spent the day cutting up a 30" tree with it. Cold start, it was 3 pulls with choke, then 1 pull without choke, warm start was one pull without choke. It wasn't my chain so I can't comment on the one provided. I had an Oregon 21BPX076 ControlCut chain ready to go. I am amazed at how well it cut the tree with its 52 cc engine (maybe not 58cc, but it sure seems like it). For break-up, there is a 40 to 1 oil mix As opposed to the standard 50 to 1, this makes it easy to purchase premixed at Home Depot. It was surprising that the chain did not stick to the bar right out of the box since it is brand new. In conventional bars, the chain sticks to the bar the first few times you pull the throttle.
