Dimensions that deceive Don't let him get you! Due to the fact that Amazon does not list product dimensions, I researched a lot of other sites for product code 00280 from Onward Mfg Co

There are almost no sites that specify the boards' thickness except for a few that indicate 3/4. In comparison with other sites, none of them provide thickness information. Boards are less than 3/8 thick and are rough cut this is what was delivered. It would be better to select another manufacturer who does not sell lumber yard quality when it comes to four of these boards. The next time I order these, I am not going to get them!.

This is horrible. They soaked overnight and burned up into powdery charcoal in under five minutes on the grill.

Make dinner a little more interesting with salmon

It is nothing special in comparison to any other cedar planks, but then again, it also does not make them any worse. This is the first time I've soaked these planks. I just rub oil and lemon on the top side and then place a salmon filet on top. It is best to leave the skin on for a fuller taste.

This plank makes getting cedar roasted salmon a breeze for me, since I am a chef. You can season the salmon and roast it on a plank to a golden brown until it's golden. That was it, so I used it again. The planks I have are awesome!.
