The use of recycled wood! There was one piece of wood in our package that had paint sanded in it I was lucky that not all of the other pieces had grey weathered parts that had not yet been completed sanded (otherwise, I would really It is evident that this wood cannot be used in a food preparation process

This wood won't even let me prepare food over it. I'd never even cook in a fire made from this wood. Even if the wood has been sanded enough times, wood that has been painted or treated at one time should not be cooked on. It is a company I cannot trust. That leads one to wonder where other companies get their grilling plank wood from. Even though I probably should have tossed the planks, I returned them to the house There is a cost associated with them.

I think cedar is a better product than this one

This can be done the same way as cedar plank grilling (soaking well, drying, and oiling, followed by some flavorings) The flavor is more subtle than that of cedar, but a bit richer as well. Salmon, shrimp (prawns) and chicken were among the foods I used it on. Combined with seafood, I think its subtlety was the best. Cooking with it again is definitely on my list.

Compared to what was stated, the boards were not as wide. These are a little bigger than standard but they really can't hold an entire In any case, it provides a good taste and flavor.

It has an awesome I found these to be really good, but I felt they were a little short in my opinion

In order to cook a tri tip roast and a spatchcocked chicken with two side-by-side ovens, I used two apparatus side-by-side. Likewise, I like them to curl a bit more than I would like. It is, however, outstanding in terms of flavor. The pictures should have been a bit longer and wider, so I gave them 4 stars.
