This is a must have if you are carrying the Blackstone. There is a lot of weight in there. There is actually two parts to the bag the first is a cover for the grill when it's left outside, like on a picnic table during the night. This bag is heavy duty and has a drawstring closure to keep it in place. Finally, the carry bag comes into play. This bag is very sturdy and has a carry handle. The cover should be placed on the bag and hefted on. Make sure both are on the bag It is best to clean the grill well before packing, but I usually just wipe it down with a paper towel and keep the drip tray clean. Overall, it's been good so far. The following update It was really great for the RV for a year, but I finally had a problem, but did not know how to fix it. There is a lot of buzz about these griddles on the internet, which probably explains why I have one myself. As far as the hype goes, I fell for it. was concerned that the light would not ignite using the ignitor, so I used a grill lighter, but that was no big deal. I also noticed that the product is sturdy, and fit and finish is good. 2) I realized that I still need my camp stove in order to make chili, soup, coffee, etc. I'm not sure that it's worth the effort to take two separate cooking devices since I can cook all these things on the camp stove with two large cast iron pans. Separated into two pieces, this bag has one handle and one compartment. It is best to store the heavy 17" Blackstone griddle by inverting the heavy grill surface over the burner's base. Put the cord over this unit and then use the cover. Place the griddle in the zippered bag after it has been covered up. I like it here because it's cozy and nice.
