They're already spiced up. Mine, on the other hand, were seasoned by coating them in canola oil. I raised the temperature to around 500 degrees Fahrenheit before turning it off and allowing it to cool completely. After that, I simply brush on some olive oil before grilling and I'm good to go. After each use, brush your teeth.
Before placing an order, please double-check the size. The grate will most likely fit your grill if the dimensions are the same. Please return it without delay if it does not fit.
Each grate measures 17" x 13 1/4" and the two pieces measure 17" x 26 1/2".
A cast iron grate costs about the same as any other.

This heavy cast iron grill has exceeded my expectations. These grills were actually installed over the original grills and work perfectly.
After the first use, I noticed that one side of the cooking surface is flat, while the other is angular. This was the only one I could find that said the dimensions of this grill grate would be the same as my old one, but it is actually a little smaller. To keep the grill grate from falling off the shelf it should be on, a spacer (bolt nut) must be placed in front of it. br>Apart from that, it appears to clean well and should last as long as the grill.
Despite the fact that replacement grates were more expensive than a new grill, I chose to purchase them. This particular brand/seller isn't the only one. They're expensive all over the place. Good level of quality. I'm glad I splurged and got these instead of the original grates, which were falling apart.
One of the two grates was damaged when it arrived. I didn't bother with a return or refund because it was broken in a straight line from top to bottom and was still usable. It functions well and fits the NEX grill perfectly. I just wish the cast iron hadn't been shipped with a little more care. In retrospect, I should have paid a little more for the stainless steel grates. They're more sturdier and easier to clean (and can be cleaned with harsher cleaning tools).
These are solid cast iron, as opposed to the porcelain coated ones that rusted and chipped with my grill. These were on my previous grill, and they work just like a good cast iron skillet. If you season them and keep them seasoned, and don't let them rust, they will last a lifetime and nothing will stick to them. Plus, cast iron produces the best grill marks of any grill.
This grate has been used to replace the stainless steel bar grate that came with my NexGrill. This grate outperforms the original by a long shot. It's easier to clean, it's more durable, and it retains heat much better, resulting in amazing grill marks. I would strongly suggest it. The perfect match - Grates are far superior to the originals.
I have a four-year-old daughter. NexGrill 720-year-old NexGrill 720-year-old NexGrill 720-year I bought this as a replacement because the stainless steel (wrapped) grate was starting to delaminate and rust at 0830H. I prefer cast iron to stainless steel because it retains heat more effectively and allows for better grill marks. Although the cast iron grate bars could be a little heavier, this is an excellent value for money.
Not in the least bit pleased. For cast iron, these are quite thin. Everything except the grills rusted on our Vermont casting grill, which was made of cast iron. So I reasoned when my Kenmore's ostensibly stainless steel grills disintegrated in 2 minutes. In five years, I'd like to try cast iron. The rust is worse on these because they are thin and have a pitted coating. We've only used it ten times so far. I'll see if I can find genuine stainless steel or cast iron that is thicker.
