The product's long-term viability is in doubt

Update: It developed a crack on the center insert after two months of use, and replacing this component costs nearly as much as buying a new set. Its short lifespan dissatisfies me, and its viability as a multi-season set is questionable. ******When you combine this with their vortex-like device, you've got yourself a professional kettle system! Cast iron takes longer to heat up than stainless steel, but it holds the heat longer. Sears well, stays warm after dropping cold food, and the insert is easy to remove for refueling. The money spent was well spent.

This grate is far superior to the one that came with my grill. br>br>When I ordered this, it arrived damaged, but after a quick call to Amazon customer service, a replacement was sent to me along with a return label.

thick cast iron that has been pre-seasoned. Only time will tell if the centersection holding feet will hold up, as they could be a weak spot if one of them breaks!.
