QuliMetal 7528, 304 Stainless Steel Cooking Grates (19.5 x 12.9 x 0.6) for Weber Genesis E and S Series 300 E310 E320 S310 S320 Gas Grills

The Weber stainless replacements cost $120, so I bought these instead. I'm a bit of a scrooge, but I do want things that work well. After doing some research, I decided to take a look at these. The Weber grates have 18 bars per grate, whereas these only have 17. There's no need to be concerned. These are built to last. The bars are 7mm in diameter, with a 1mm gap between them. 2mm. The space is 1 in the center, where the two grates meet. 6mm. Those measurements are perfectly acceptable to me, and they fit in my E-book perfectly. 310 br>br>Now, let's get down to business. I smeared some Crisco on the grill grates and turned it on. I turned it off after it reached 500 degrees. I finished the curing by wiping down the grates with a little more Crisco after everything had cooled down with the lid closed. Now for the ultimate test: I threw on some hamburger patties and red hots (which always stuck to my porcelain grates). After everything was cooked to perfection, I chastised myself for not upgrading to stainless steel sooner, and then congratulated myself on trying these. There was no way I was going to stick to the grates. In addition, I have 66 additional dead presidents in my wallet. br>br>I strongly suggest these as a fantastic upgrade for your Weber grill. And no, I was not compensated for this review, nor was I given anything for free or at a reduced price. Old-fashioned hard cash was used to fund this project. br>br>Follow-up after 2 years: Excellent results are still being achieved.

To replace the disintegrating, 8-inch QuliMetal stainless steel cooking grates, I ordered these QuliMetal stainless steel cooking grates. year- In my Weber Genesis E-350, I have a set of old OEM grates. Gas grill with a capacity of 320 gallons of propane. These lovely and sturdy-looking earrings are a must-have for any woman's jewelry collection. The built-in replacements fit perfectly, were simple to install, and greatly improved the appearance of the grill (especially when paired with the heavy-duty grill). SHINESTAR 24 is a mission that has been assigned to you. Replacement flavorizer bars (5-inch stainless steel flavorizer bars). To refresh your grilling experience, it's well worth the money. br>br>(Updated on October 18th, 2019) After a year of heavy use, these grates are still in great shape; They continue to make me happy.

However, it was necessary to straighten it out. I read some of the other Weber 300 series Genesis aftermarket grates reviews. I also noticed the debate over the magnet test (solid stainless vs. coated) as well as the issues with the grates being out of alignment/square. The Facts are as follows: br>br>
1. They're a LOT of weight. It's as if the children are incapable of lifting them. It's as if you'll need two hands to pick them up because they're so heavy.
2. They pass the MAGNET test, despite the fact that the original OEM grates were rusted and failed the magnet test. br>3. They didn't fit because they were slightly out of square. I would have been disappointed if I hadn't read the other reviews because these will be difficult to return due to the weight. Other reviews suggested straightening them by slamming them with a hammer. So, my Weber OEM rusted out. br>br>I tried it, and it actually worked fine. br>br>So, my Weber OEM rusted out. My purchasing decisions were as follows: Approximately $150 for Weber OEM grates (7mm stainless coated - not stable); $50 for aftermarket stainless coated grates with a 7mm thickness (like OEM); Alternatively, a 9mm solid stainless steel plate can be purchased for $100. br>br>I paid $100 for 9mm solid stainless steel grates that fit my Weber grill. I'm pleased because it appears to be an improvement. However. I would have been disappointed if I hadn't realized how simple it was to straighten them.

These were purchased to replace the Weber grill's heavy cast iron grates. The cast iron grates were attractive at first, but after a few years, they had degraded beyond repair. These stainless steel grates will not corrode and are a great value for the money; the grill marks aren't as noticeable as the cast iron grates, but they're still good. After cleaning the top with a wire brush, the grates must be removed, turned over, and brushed along the bottom side; this does not need to be done every time the grill is used, but it should be done on a regular basis depending on how often the grill is used. These gratings are well-made and should last for a long time.

I was sick of trying to keep the original cast iron grates clean; no matter how hard I tried, it seemed impossible. I started my search on the official Weber site, but $149 seemed excessive for simple stainless steel grates, so I moved on to Amazon. br>br>While both of the top-recommended brands were appealing, I chose the more expensive 9 mm grates and am glad I did. These grates are an exact fit and weigh as much as lead. I cleaned the grill before putting these on it. I burned them in for about 15 minutes to make sure they were completely clean before cooking on them for the first time later that night. br>br>The dense heavy steel construction ensures that heat is distributed evenly across the grates and that the food is grilled to perfection. The main issue I had with the cast iron grates was food sticking to them, regardless of how well they were seasoned and oiled. These stainless steel grates are the next best thing to Teflon for cooking, and they clean up easily with a quick brushing afterward. br>br>I'm not sure how these compare to the thinner gauge 7 mm grates, but I can tell you that they're massive, heavy, and extremely well constructed and sturdy. Before I replace these, I'm pretty sure I'll have to replace the grill.

So far, everything has gone smoothly. I installed them in my 8-year-old Weber grill, where the original cast iron grates were beginning to rust, and I purchased these instead of cast iron in the hopes of making them easier to clean. First and foremost, they fit perfectly and required no additional work other than the simple act of laying them down. I've used them about 20 times now, and they seem to clean up well (though they have slightly discolored) and still leave nice grill marks on my food. I haven't noticed any flavor differences between these and cast iron, but I haven't done a side-by-side comparison. Last but not least, these were substantial and appeared to be well constructed. I'd buy them again if the opportunity presented itself.
