I installed it for a chicken watering system, and I'm going to add a four-hose manifold to it to water the dogs and goats automatically. I used 14-inch tubing with a needle valve to allow me to reduce the amount of water given to the chickens while maintaining full flow to the other animals. It's likely to be useful in gardens as well.
We've now purchased our second timer. The rain function was not detected by the first on. Whatever the case may be, it happened. It hasn't rained on this one yet, so I can't guarantee it won't. Apart from that, we are big fans of this gadget.
I liked the concept and user interface until I discovered that the other two programs were not available. I was going to return it, but I figured I'd give it another shot. I just received my replacement, and everything has gone well so far. I'll change my rating if it continues to work and does not do what the previous one did.
This appears to do what it says on the tin. It was simple to set up and has large letters, making it a pleasant experience to use. So far, I'm pleased with its dependability.
It appears to be effective for watering our vegetable garden on a regular basis.
This item makes it difficult to set up a timer. It took me two weeks to figure out how to use it, and then it stopped working properly, leaving me unsatisfied.
It's as simple as 123 if you follow the instructions in the book.
