Please accept my apologies for failing to mount it - I made use of a ground spike.
When asked where the company is headquartered or where the product was designed, the answer is always China.
Last summer, I installed two of these on my house's siding. After a whole winter, they're both still firmly attached and show no signs of loosening.

The price point, as well as the design/style/sturdiness. This was purchased about four months ago, and I am very pleased with it. The design/style/sturdiness, as well as the cost (less than $20). We had a friend install it into our brick exterior wall with a masonry drill and concrete screws (we bought the screws separately), and we placed it just a foot or two to the side of the hose spout. It's holding up beautifully and has a sophisticated appearance. This type of mounted hose holder is much more appealing to me than the winding spool in a box. It's simple to operate and useful for keeping the yard tidy and allowing you to mow right up to the house without having to stop and move hoses or hose boxes, for example.
First, it was delivered to the incorrect address, which was due to Amazon's error rather than the company's, but it was still a problem. Second, we placed two separate orders for the same item and received two different mounts. One is stunning, sturdy, and flawless, while the other is clearly a knockoff with dented, scratched, and cheaply painted surfaces. Fortunately for them, we knew our chances of getting another perfect one were slim to none, so we decided to keep the garbage. It's for holding a water hose, after all, so it doesn't have to be perfect. However, I was extremely disappointed.
This is my second buy. For some reason, the mounting holes on this one differ from those on the previous one, which was only a few months ago. Even so, if you have a power or hand drill, mounting it is simple. , as well as screws that aren't included. However, most of us have jars or boxes of wood screws on hand, so it's not a major issue. The hose holder is strong enough to hold even the thickest hose. Because I live in Texas, the "Lonestar" is a nice addition. br>br>I had this item for a long time and had to leave it behind when we moved.
It has a very solid appearance and feel to it. I had to wash mine with Dawn to get the masking tape to stick around the star because I did some custom work on it. Because the company did not supply anchors and screws, which could have cost them an extra $50, I gave it three stars for ease of installation. Instead, I had to dash to a hardware store (Lowe's) to get some. The installation will take place the following day.
There are no screws included, and the material is a little light. I'm not sure it could handle 125 feet of full-size garden hose without bending. It can hold about 25" of full-size garden hose or 50-pounds of water. Lightweight or collapsible hose with a length of 75 feet. A quick/messy dry brushing of gold paint is used to create the highlights. It probably would have looked better if that touch hadn't been added.
There is a lot of rust on this thing, and it isn't very long-lasting.
I only gave this product four stars for two reasons. There was no mounting hardware (no screws) included. Because my electric drill wouldn't fit properly to drill in screws, it was a little difficult to install. Aside from that, this is an excellent product in terms of functionality and aesthetics.
This item is more durable than it appears, and it holds a lot of stuff. It was simple to hang, but caution should be taken when choosing screws or bolts because the only slotted holes are large, and the product could lift up and fall off if not fastened securely. This is an excellent item.
