There's only one issue: it's attractive, the perfect size, and well-built. It came with an integral screw missing, so I had to spend a lot of time and effort looking for one to keep the unit together, and I couldn't match the oil rubbed bronze screw colors in the end. Hmmm):.

Despite the fact that many reviews stated that this item did not include mounting screws, mine did. Two screws and two plastic anchors are used in this project. It has a great appearance and can easily handle my 100-foot hose. It's easy to set up.

One of those items that is actually better in person than it appears on the website; I really like it. My garden hose (standard 5/8" and 100-foot length) is hung from the ceiling. ft in length) and it's stunning.

Bolted to a brick wall. It's both attractive and durable. It has a 100-foot hose dangling from it. It appears to be in good condition.
