This is a microgreen or baby greens seed mix. If you want to grow these seeds as microgreens, cut them when the seedlings are about one inch tall or two inches tall. 3 in. If you want to make a salad with baby greens. If you let them grow like regular plants, you can either harvest them when they're ready or let them bloom so you can save the seeds and sow them later as needed depending on the plant variety. I'm not sure if saving the seeds is a good idea because they're cheap; I think it's better to grow the greens and save some for next year. There are approximately 3000 seeds in total, which is a lot of vegetables!

They certainly ought to. Please give them a shot and let us know how they turn out. This is a mixture of seeds, some of which will sprout in as little as two weeks. Some will sprout in three days, while others will sprout in a week or even later, giving you a steady supply of sprouting greens for two weeks. 3 weeks. They'll sprout at different rates in a jar, I believe.

They shouldn't be allowed to sell on Amazon at all. I'm not sure what it is, but it appears to be clover in my garden.
They developed normally, but not in the manner depicted in the picture. It tasted great, but it wasn't what I was looking for.
I received mine today and planted them. They're a good deal for the price, and they appear to be healthy as well. sufficient to cover at least two square feet.
They sprouted in 48 hours after being planted on a warming mat. In less than two weeks, they were ready to eat after only 72 hours. They tasted like radishes and had a nice crisp flavor.
I experimented with these in a variety of ways to see what would work best for microgreens. I only used coir, peat, potting soil, burlap, and perlite; Everything is in trays.
