It's very strong and appears to hold 10 lb or more. I'm using it to hold pumpkins that will grow vertically on a fence, but my pumpkins aren't quite heavy enough yet, but I'm confident that it will handle the largest one I have.
Nylon rope that is soft and flexible
2 small round melons or 1 large melon

These are perfect for my honeydew and cantaloupe. I'm hanging them from a trellis with zip ties. My only complaint is that the nets don't hold their color very well, so I never have to worry about melons falling to the ground or rotting in the dirt. They've only been outside for a few weeks and their skin is already sun-bleached. To demonstrate this, I've included some photos.
My sugar baby watermelons, which I'm growing in containers, seem to like it. Strong and able to support a large amount of weight.
My sugar pumpkins did a great job of holding their position on the support arbor. When I brought them inside for winter storage, the color faded. However, because the twine is thick, I'm sure they'll last for years.
There was no way to hang it because it didn't come with a hook. To hang on the fence, I have to use zip ties.
This cradle is one of my favorites. It's made of a good, strong material that holds watermelons and conforms to their shape. Pumpkins and other vegetables can be supported by it.
The heavy pumpkins were held to the trellis by a sturdy net until I harvested them.
Sturdy.
In the package, there were supposed to be five, but there were only four.
