I'm not sure, but it was a bad product that fell apart shortly after I hung it. It disintegrated on my lawn, and I discovered a rat eating it. YIKES!
It's only one bell, and buying them locally saves you a lot of money.
Because squirrels are attracted to the bell, it's best to hang it somewhere squirrels won't be able to reach it.
There is, in fact, a hook.

EDIT: I had previously purchased two of these with no problems; however, I recently purchased four of them at once, three of which were so badly damaged that I couldn't even hang them up for the birds. They were so cracked that they were falling apart, so I contacted Amazon and informed them that I would be returning them. So that I don't have to deal with this again, I'm going to stick to regular bird seed from now on. br>br>When I first started working from home, I wanted to hang a bird feeder next to my desk outside the window. Despite the weather, the bell is solid and has not broken. It is very popular among the birds in my yard. Blue jays, cardinals, finches, and sparrows have all passed through my yard. I like how it has a hole at the top so I can easily string it. The quality is excellent, but when I go through two of them per week, it becomes prohibitively expensive. It's a great product, but I'm going to invest in a real bird feeder and seeds because it'll be more cost effective, and my cats will enjoy watching it.
These birdseed bells are one of my favorite things! I've purchased them numerous times and would strongly recommend them! One of the few things for which I'd consider paying a monthly fee. br>br>I attempted to make my own seed cakes to save money, but these are simpler, cheaper, and appear to hold together better. The assortment of seeds in the mix appeals to me. It appears to last quite a while (at least a week in my area). I'm fairly confident that the packaging and T-shirts are authentic. The bell's stakes can be recycled. br>br>Black-capped chickadees, juncos, house finches, northern flickers, red-breasted nuthatch, sparrows, and other birds have been seen in Washington state. br>br>I hope this information is useful to you!.
It's a hit with the birds, and it looks great hanging in an empty old house. My Brooklyn row house still has a vintage gas lamp fixture in front of it. What makes this better than others I've tried is that there is no mesh bag involved (which becomes difficult for the birds, especially as it empties) and that there is an internal plastic perch that becomes revealed as layers come away. I'm a criss-cross fanatic as well. To begin with, I crossed some wire below the bell for them to perch on, but as it gets eaten, the plastic internal hanger helps. Yes, bird seed is expensive, but I haven't figured out how to secure a bowl for loose seed underneath it, and stuff on the ground in front of my building will cause complaints (as well as being unappealing to the tree). birds in a good mood). For the ground feeders and to keep my indoor cats entertained, I try to spinkle some on my window sill that won't get trampled.
I don't like walking far out in our yard to fill the feeders, so I figured this would be a good alternative. It went unnoticed for days until the birds discovered it and the bird bath it was next to. They stumbled upon a spa, a delicious meal, and a refreshing bath in the midst of the heat. It's something I'd recommend to anyone who is tired of constantly filling feeders.
I had previously purchased these and they were quickly devoured by the birds, so I had to go out and buy more. We placed them in a plastic gazebo, which provides a safe haven for the birds to sit and eat.
I was let down. A lot of seed is loose. It falls apart, which makes it quite costly because it ends up on the ground.
This is ideal because it does not sit in water and remains fresh at all times. br>I requested a replacement after inadvertently stating that this "device" does not work. br>I'm at a loss as to how to correct this error.
Thank you, Amazon, for providing bird seed, which is beneficial to the heart in these trying times.
