I received them and planted them the day before yesterday. I'm confident they'll do well because they're very healthy and have a lot of strong roots. In the future, I will purchase all of my plants from this company. I've been buying plants for 35 years and these are hands down the best I've ever had. I'm not sure what flavor they are yet, but I'm looking forward to finding out! br>UPDATE: It's only been three days since we planted, and we've already seen some new growth! I'll be ordering more as soon as I find a suitable location for them to be planted! br>It's time to make some changes. They've begun to flower!.
They were mostly in good condition when they arrived, though some appeared to be tiny and lifeless. I was going to plant them all anyway, and there was an extra one in the bag. To be honest, I'm a slacker when it comes to gardening. I planted them as directed, mulched them, and left them to their own devices except for a few waterings when there was no rain. I checked in on them today, a month later, and they are doing great. Every single plant is alive and well, and it continues to grow. Many of them have flowers, and a few have tiny green berries on them already. This purchase has made me very happy.
These were planted about a week ago, on the same day they arrived. I could see new green growth after just the first night. They appear to be in good health after a week. The rate at which they are growing astounds us. Every single one of the seeds I planted has borne fruit. When I get the first fruit, I'll try to update again. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> It'll be a month in a few days. The first fruits are beginning to appear. These plants have a lot of nutrients in them.
I was taken aback by how quickly they expanded. The photos are from the first day of planting, one week later, and three weeks later. 5 weeks. At 3. They've been producing small berries for 5 weeks and are still growing. They enjoy the hot weather that has been blowing through Zone 6b.
For about 1 per strawberry plant with 100% survival rate, purchasing this seems to be a really good value and quality decision, purchasing this seems to be a% br>br>In the box, you'll find the instructions. Before planting, make sure the roots have been soaked. br>br>I used Platinum Growers certified organic potting mix from the Coast of Maine to plant them. It is an investment, but I have yet to encounter a plant that does not appreciate it. Last but not least, use a pot with good drainage and water sparingly but frequently. Strawberry plants don't like it when the soil is too dry, but they also don't like it when it's too wet.
Plants appeared to be alive and well after being soaked prior to planting. Three have died, but there were two extra plants sent with the order of 20, so there was a net loss of one. All of the plants appear to be in good shape. Happy. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> There has been an increase in deaths. Only 14 people appear to have a chance of making it.
I planted some after soaking them in water for two hours. The rest of the flowers were planted the following day. In just two days, the leaves had grown out. The photos were taken on the fourth day after the plants were planted. I made sure to plant them on all four sides of the house. It is recommended that you sit in the sun. Here in Florida, it's a little different. The sun is high in the sky. I'll look into which location is the most suitable. This is a grower from whom I would buy without reservation. The cost is reasonable for the quality of the item.
It was nice to get more than I expected (27 plants), and I planted them all in their own containers almost a month ago. During the first two weeks, I noticed growth on about 18 of them. Except for one plant, which continued to grow after that. The rest of the plants simply stopped growing after a few leaves sprouted and turned brown. After seeing the decently high rating, this is disappointing. Next time, I'll either start from seed or buy from a nursery nearby.
Every plant appeared to be in good health. The act of looking quickly fades. Rapid expansion. I am ecstatic. There was no loss of plants because the beds had been prepared and were ready to receive them. Don't leave bare roots to rot; get them into the soil as soon as possible to ensure healthy plants. I am blown away. br>br>A long-term relationship with a long-term relationship with a long-term relationship with a long- Home vegetable and fruit gardener for a long time.
