I believe the seat is installed incorrectly. You should be fine if you turn it around.
My porch has a roof over it, so I keep mine there. It does get wet from time to time, and I do wash it with a hose once a week, and it seems to be doing fine. I also got a cool cover for it when I got it, which I'll wear during the winter. It's like a glider-specific bbq cover. I'm pleased with it.
It has a brown color.
Yes, as well as a quick assembly time of about 30 minutes. Very sturdy and comfortable. It looks and feels great with or without the outdoor cushions.

I've already written a review. The glider is still a lot of fun even after a few months. With the help of Covid- My husband and I can sit in our front porch glider and watch the world and its dogs go by now that it's 19 degrees outside. Even if passers-by don't wear masks, we're safe because our house is set back from the sidewalk.
The instructions are typically brief, as they are with most items that must be assembled. are only visual depictions of how to put the unit together. There aren't any written instructions available. However, if you stick to the drawings, you'll be fine. assemble the elements It's quite simple to put together if you follow the labels on the screws (A, B, C, and so on). It's crucial- Make sure the screws aren't mixed up. Make sure they're all labeled and sorted. The screws are all shrink-wrapped and ready to use. In the same package, they're both labeled. To keep the screws separate, it's best to sort them according to their labels. It will take two people to put it together. With a few short breaks, it took us around 2 hours. br>The seat (which we replaced a wooden bench with) is quite comfortable. oh no) It's smooth. We were able to put it only a few inches away from the wall. It will be held in a warm climate and in a very sunny location. It's hoped that it'll be UV resistant. Because the seating is made of a porous weave, it will keep you cool.
Because this piece was missing holes and the holes were misaligned, the setup took nearly two hours. I had to do all of the measuring, marking, and drilling through the metal myself. You'll also need a hex wrench of the proper size, which isn't included. br>The metal appears flimsy, so hopefully it will hold up over time; hand tightening the nuts and bolts left indents in the metal at each bolt, and I'm not that strong. br>br>UPDATE: br>br> I like it now that I've gotten past the installation hiccups.
One of the pieces was a different color than the others, as if it came from a different set. Parts of it were also rusted. I contacted the company through Amazon, and they informed me that they were unable to send replacement parts, but they did offer a small discount. They offered me a substantial discount to keep it after I told them I wanted to return it for a full refund. Assembly was mostly straightforward, though I didn't realize at first that the bottom and top are mostly assembled separately due to the lack of written instructions. It was a good combination once you got it together. I like the glider a lot, and the discount allows me to overlook the minor flaws. The color piece, as well as a smidgeon of rust, add to the overall effect.
It's a very attractive glider. It's very simple to put together. The weight limit is 400 pounds, and this is correct! Together, my husband and I have a combined weight of 430 lbs. When we're sitting on it, all I can say is that we can't gain more than 5 pounds or we'll be in big trouble. It can hold us, but only up to 400 pounds.
I had no problems with it, and it was simple to put together. Just a tip: before you do anything, read all of the instructions and go over all of the parts and pieces, counting everything. After that, spread out all of the pieces that have been marked. Now is the time to get started. br>For the money, this is a good glider. It's very functional and attractive, and my wife and I can both sit comfortably in it (I'm 215 pounds and she's 125).
This rocking bench is perfect for my small backyard, and my children adore it. Every day, they take a seat on it.
It only took us about 45 minutes to put together. We placed it on our front porch- It has a cute appearance and is easy to use. I would strongly suggest it.
