It is possible to make 2 blocks from one. Fully expanded, the volume is 25 cubic feet.

The ratio of soil to org compost is 40%, organic compost 20%, coco approx 30%, vermiculite/white pellets 10%. How many 3 gal pots can I fill with this mixture? To calculate ratios or pots, divide your ratios by your pots total. Thanks a lot?

During my time as a contractor, I have seen bricks with a volume of slightly over 3 cubic feet. It consists of loose fibers. There are about 25 gallons in that amount. Then multiply by three. In this case, you want 30% of the mixture to be coir and you are getting 83 gal of mixture. Approximately 2 quarts of nursery fertilizer are contained in 3 gal nursery pots. We are talking about 2 real gallons here. Is it possible to water by hand? now have 42 full pots ready for In fact, you could have figured all this out on your own if you hadn't skipped 7th grade math to go smoke dope

Is this herb suitable for growing sunflower sprouts in the ground, which usually require soil?

As a novice gardener, I used this product for the first time this year. I was pleased with the results. There is only one thing I have changed from the last few As for flowers, I suppose it would also provide the same benefits. Furthermore, the organic matter is good for the soil since it is all natural. In the future, I plan to buy every year

What would be the best medium to grow watercress on?

It is ideal for applications that require little soil. It can also hold a great deal Its use as seed starting medium and for raising worms is indispensible to me. As a result, I can imagine that watercress could grow there too.

Since I was a child, everything was like this Fixing something that does not need fixing is a bad idea
5/5

It has been my favorite cannabis growing medium since I started and I have used it several times now, for multiple gardens with no issues. Sure, there are times when it's slightly different, whether it be clumpy or hairy fibers, but the plants aren't picky. In most cases, I don't use a full brick. Rather, I shave off what I need with a longer knife, much like shaving a turkey, so I don't waste what I don't need and can mix in my nutrients right away. usually use a mix of my inoculant, low ppm nutrients, and organic items like cinnamon, along with roughly 20% perlite. I then dust with diatomaceous earth on top. It is possible to water / feed daily with this if you feed till run off, just be sure to use plenty of calcium & magnesium and cutting back on any other type of chemical, especially those that are high in You should be able to grow anything as long as you use cal/mag (aka blackstrap molasa or whatever if you are going organic) and root inoculant with periodic preventative bacteria/mold measures with the right PH, temps, and humidity. I too have been guilty of this. You're going to have a great time!.

It has already been pre-approved The coco coir I used for this project has not been washed further
4/5

Good stuff, this is the very first coco coir I've used that doesn't need to be washed further. When I read my TDS (total dissolved solids) meter before soaking, it read 1 PPM for my reverse osmosis water, and when it read 238 PPM after soaking, it read 220. A stable PH reading of 5 was recorded. It was 95 before, and now it's I was 63 years old It's important to note that California's tap water is usually between 300 and 400 parts per million So far it has tested well for me, with 500 ppm. Please note Photo by J. Similar to the photo by C. Upon removing the coir from the test cup, I found fine particles of sediment in the measuring cup. I had to wipe out the sand on a napkin after several rinses as the sand remained at the bottom of the cup. Due to the sand, one star has been removed.

Keeping your potting soil light will help you avoid injury
4/5

Here's what you need to know. It is the ingredient in soil mixtures that is necessary to make perfect gardening soil. Being able to order this online and have it delivered to your doorstep is so convenient. A small block of soil ends up providing you with roughly 30 gallons of soil. Add a few gallons of water to the block and place it in a wheelbarrow or 30 gallon bin. You will be able to cultivate a beautiful soil from it. To this I added potting soil (optional), vermiculite, rock dust, and worm castings, and I use it to pot and container plants. Because I found Kempf to be a bit easier and faster to moisten, as well as a bit less fibrous, I deducted one star. As a result, this brand is.

You can save your back and your yard if you act quickly
5/5

This product has saved me from having to make multiple trips for bags of topsoil, that has saved me a lot of back strain. As soon as I load it into the cart, I put it in my car With all the rain, my yard has been swampy and I was able to use this lightweight brick to replace five bags of topsoil. This brick has been so much better than topsoil for my yard. Water soaks up from it like a sponge - My building has a shared sidewalk and the only part of the sidewalk without huge puddles after a rainy day is the section where I live. It was essential that I was using it after removing all the vines and weeds that had displaced the grass (because I wanted a weed free lawn without using any chemicals) and even though there were a few unexpected freezing nights within 2 weeks after sowing the grass seed. By covering the lawn with coco bliss, enough protection was provided from the elements to permit a beautiful lawn to grow! Furthermore, I tried a few other brands of this coco mulch product and this was by far the best option. The others took FOREVER to soak up the water and required you to manually break up the product so that the water could I don't like it at all- In the case of coco bliss, it is not necessary. Once the initial 30-minute prep is done, it only takes 5 minutes to set up It took 40 minutes to let the product soak in water, instead of an hour of prep after it soaked for several hours with other brands. You don't have to fret about which coco mulch to choose if you're debating whether to use it or not You cannot go wrong with the coco bliss!.

Vermicomposting is very effective using this product
5/5

Despite my best efforts, I accidentally bought this with the buy it now button, but I'm glad My wife and I recently began vermicomposting (composting with worms) to reduce food waste. By doing so, we have reduced the amount of waste we put into recycling. I have also been able to reduce the amount of waste we put into our Coir mixed with newspaper helps maintain moisture in the bin while absorbing excess moisture as well. A large number of worms have been seen in my garden, which has meant less food and paper are being thrown away.

This is a must for succulent propagation! This is excellent quality, ground to a nice texture without chunks
5/5

This brick weighs 10 lbs, and it is as hard as Wet only what you will use, and then cut that off of the whole piece if you are not going to use the whole piece at once. I used an older serrated kitchen knife, so there was no aroma left whatsoever. The process of starting succulent babies from leaves is achieved by using roots powder, placed on a layer of dampened coir and hardened off leaves. I see success now that I am using this stuff. The book is well worth the price.

Thanks, but not interested
3/5

First off, I bought four bricks that were 10 pounds each and the first one I used absorbed the water and inflated nicely. It took me two hours to demolish the second one, for it was still rock hard after an hour soaking. I had to take chunks off with a machete and smash them with a hammer, then hold them under water and force them to break. As soon as I got to the last softball-sized piece, I was so annoyed and frustrated that I just threw it over in a bush. I just left the third block in the bucket since it would not absorb water and would not break apart without a machete. The fourth block will be returned, so I won't even bother thinking about There's no time to fight with this garbage, so they can take it back. It's absurdly inconsistent rubbish. Update A tiny weed was growing everywhere in the raised bed that this was placed in. As the very top layer of the raised bed, I put about 3 inches of this material, then covered it with cardboard for about a week to let the soil A huge number of tiny weed seeds were scattered across the cardboard when I removed it. There is a very thin delicate stem about 1 inch long on the top with two small circular leaves. The world over. Thank you for your kind words! In addition to what I had to deal with previously, I am also excited about having to deal with this. Looking forward to what else I might have in store for me is intriguing.
