There are very few seeds, and the germination rate is low. It would have been better to pass on this "wild lettuce" if I had known it takes two years to mature. Other than that, I spent less than $2 on all my other veggie seeds. The packages were filled with seeds and the price was $00 at the nursery. In this package, there were only 20 seeds. I feel it is a high price to pay for something so small. Similarly, only 3 out of the entire package germinated and only 1 made it through. It's a big disappointment. You won't lose money if you don't waste it.
I was surprised it never sprouted, grew, or showed any signs of life. I suspect it was an.
This is just an experiment where I'm growing it in an unconventional way to see what happens. It has been about two weeks since I planted 5 seeds in my areogarden. There is one that is fuzzy looking, one that has sprouted and looks pretty healthy, and others that looked like they were starting to sprout but didn't show any green.

I planted 1/2 of the seeds if no one grows and I planted the last 25 seeds if nothing grows, this 3 star will become 1 star today, July 2nd, Sorry, forgot to mention, the picture on the package is different than the one shown I think it was more of a dandelions. At this point, I think they sold me 50 seeds that I cannot grow. In my greenhouse, I will be able to plant the last 25 seeds and they will not be able to blame the weather or soil.
This is just a seed I planted. As it turns out, I placed my order a little My parents and grandparents used home remedies. It has nothing to do with me. I'm simply trying to duplicate some of theirs. Hope I can get some of the answers right - with a little luck, I Traditionally, the extract and teas of wild lettuce were used for treating fevers, coughs, and improving.
There were a few sprouts, but none of them survived. This was mostly my fault I sprouted them in a wet paper towel with the roots attached to it, and when I tried to plant them, I think I destroyed.
Currently I am waiting for them to warm up so I can start them. I am not able to plant it yet because NW Arkansas is still too cold for planting. Within the next couple of weeks, I'll be there. Whenever I am able to do so, I will inform you and post pictures. The word on the street is they have great health benefits. I hope I receive big plants. I'll know by the end of the summer or the beginning of the fall. The plants I'm planning are part of a larger scheme. There are still a few more seeds I need to purchase for our health My thanks go to you for getting it to me so quickly. Those seeds are really expensive. I wish they were cheaper. For even a small family, it's getting more expensive to start a garden that can provide healthy food and medical plants as well as make a good amount of money.
