The sweet basil used in this recipe is not mammoth, but Italian basil. Sages are known as true sages or common sages. It is very easy to plant the seeds. One of the only seeds that haven't grown is the oregano, but this may be more my fault than the seeds'.
I never saw any of the seeds I planted grow. The garden I have is beautiful, but there are no herbs in it. (Br>There is incomplete information in the booklet that comes with the seeds. In this example, the paragraph just ends midway through the instructions about growing in size. While I did have to look up more information online, some of the herbs seem to do especially well in full sun.
Sincerity dictates that some have deeper roots than others. The instructions didn't specify how deep to dig so I went deeper than I should have. As I gently retracted them, I was able to pull them up to just above the surface since It is my first time growing food. I threw the seeds into the pot and then I watered them. A lot of water was added to
Chamomile and broad leafed sage are typical herbs to use in herbal preparations

My balcony is now home to a herb garden thanks to this product. Besides 36 seeds, 12 labels (very useful) and basic instructions, it has quite a few tips and tricks. We planted the seeds about 10 days ago, and now the first sprouts are coming up from basil, chamomile, thyme, dill, chives, and savory. It is very pleasing that the seeds have sprouted and I am eager to see how they * * *Updates Success 100% of the time! the 17th day, all of the seeds had As the pictures with few sprouts are results of only sowing two to four seeds, those without sprouts are results of not sowing enough All of the seeds were soaked in water overnight before planting, except for thyme, chamomile, and oregano. It was great value for money (I have a lot of seeds left) and easy to grow.
It is especially beneficial for first-time herb growers to have the instruction booklet. With most herb kits you are lucky to get a decent amount of seeds you also receive an excellent price! First veteran owned businesses are the best! No matter if you are a seasoned gardener or a newbie, this seed packet is definitely worth your time.
There is a huge amount of each type of seed, and instructions on how to plant them are so clear. *be that as it may, even though we are beginners who had just started planting literally weeks before this (we planted sunflowers from seeds and green onions before this), so far we have planted 7 types from this pack, and all have sprouted tremendously The plants were grown indoors in small containers with regular soil, as we are in California (very warm temperatures and very strong midday sun). The basil and cilantro sprouts are so delicious already! We have snapped off a few and they already taste great!
Thyme was the trickiest one in this packet, as it seemed to take between one and three days to grow It takes twelve weeks for the sprout to form. I soaked it in some water in a paper towel for a few minutes beforehand and it sprouted in 3 days! The instructions actually told me to soak it in water for an hour beforehand. Though, it is important to note that once they are wet, the seeds are tiny and really stick to things, so putting them in the soil was very difficult. Our last piece of advice is to make sure you put your basil and chamomile outside for all four hours of sunlight after they sprouted. There was no sign of growth after about a week, so I assume the chamomile sprouts died. The basil did remarkably well, but the chamomile sprouts all fell over and looked torn. (We planted a new batch, which grew already. We will introduce them (and our other plants) outside slightly more slowly this time. I have since purchased 10+ more types of seeds from various sources, and I must say this has been the best one from a quality, packaging, and value perspective! I will certainly order more from this brand if I run out and I am curious as to what other seed packs they sell! I would only recommend the following changes to the seller, in case he reads this Please note
Include mint and rosemary in the recipe! It seems, however, that rosemary is really hard to plant, and perhaps that is why it wasn't included in the list*. On the instruction side, it would be great if it could also include information on what companion plants are good, when and how to harvest, when and how to harvest seeds, though obviously there are resources online for these as well.
The product is non-GMO. Germination rate is quite high. I am having great success with these seeds so far. Sprouts are starting to grow at a rapid Preparing to transplant my seedlings (I germinated them in dirt-filled There is no way that they could be It's important to me to avoid GMOs and to buy organic products. The flavor you get from irradiated crap seeds is not worth my time. Not essential, but the packaging and instructions were also nice. Their packaging makes Mine are growing in window boxes on my small porch and in window boxes in my window. The toughness of these plants can't be overstated, as my brown thumb hasn't interfered with them. I strongly recommend them. This is a good product at a reasonable price. The woman I used to date I think my mother-in-law is going to order some, and she is cranky. Crazy crank who knows a thing or two about good things.
I cannot believe how many seeds there are! My first plants were just two because I am completely new to them The herb parsley and the herb basil are used together. It took every single seed and now every single baby plant is growing! As soon as I have more time, I'll begin more projects. Every variety of seeds in this pack was exactly what I wanted, but I never imagined that they would all To give as gifts, I am going to start herb plants. Since herbs can be hard to find in this busy time, it's really exciting to know that seeds are healthy alternatives. Thanks for your kind words!.
The mint seeds I purchased somewhere else. I have planted so far all seeds that have germinated as you all can As I get rid of the excess plants I have here next month, I will plant more. Thankfully (They are gifts)
I am feeding them filtered water through reverse osmosis to make them feel extra special. I will update as I move on to the next batch.
It is amazing how well this potting system works! Two herb seed kits were purchased, and their pots were planted with herb seeds. Once I added water to the solid soil disks, I found that they had grown into rich soil. As I plan to keep these herbs indoors once our summer growing season is over, I placed them in a long planter. In the future, I will purchase more of these items. It also has a very helpful and kind customer service! Having a chance to give them 10 stars would be awesome. Buy it if you haven't already!.
My first impression is that I am satisfied with the quality of the seed kit. Until this spring, I plan to plant seeds, but I am eager to do so. 1) The seeds are packaged well, so I do not have to worry that something will happen to them before I can plant them. It is priced very well, both in terms of quality and quantity. The seller made sure I was notified regarding the product's arrival and ensured that there were no issues with it I appreciated their follow-up messages. The seller was extremely responsive, and I will likely purchase this seed kit as a gift for the gardeners in the family in the future. Not sure how the seeds will perform until I have planted them, but I will update my review after the season begins.
