There is a lot of Sellers who rip You Off from Tea Products, however the quality of tea from this seller/brand, Starwest, is really good (we have had it from friends in the past, as well as in brews made at a However, the volume of product I received left much to be desired

It is my first time with your blog and I am very excited about what I have found This time I'll only order directly from the seller or brand since I got ripped off in such a way the first time. The Lemon Balm tea from Starwest is awesome my friends sold it to me and I tried it. During the pandemic, this tea was great as a remedy against the disease. Having to stock up on some since some things seem hard to come by right now I decided to stockpile some antibiotics. In a week. Nonetheless, looking at my pictures of the package, you can see from the pictures that the packaging was never opened and as you can see, I received a considerable amount of tea product for the $14+ I paid. I've got a lot of stuff here. The point of having it in a big bag when you will barely be able to stuff or package it correctly is lost. We suggest that you buy Lemon Balm tea from somewhere else. As much as the taste and quality matter, the quantity you pay for is equally important.

I suppose that means you'll get 820ml out of a 4 oz bag and weight 113 oz, if you're a European like me. Approximately 5 grams. A bag of 2tbsp will make about 55 cups when you use 1tbsp per cup.

There are half of the contents in the package

The package I received wasn't even half-filled, I didn't pay for a half-packed bag, I would really like a refund for this, I want my money back.

There was a puncture at the back of the package, but the delivery box was still well intact. The package arrived torn, and the shipping box was well intact.

It was a very disappointing experience

took me about a minute to smell it and feel it, no expiration date, just smelled and felt a little. Is old. Stale. It has been a disappointment lately with Starwest. The 5th bad bag is where I draw the line. I will mostly buy from MRH from now on because they're so reliable. Currently, only Frontier is available through Amazon. The selection isn't that great, but they do have a few.
