I use it with a Vivosun heating pad and it works great; the temperatures inside the box are around 3-degrees Fahrenheit. 5 higher with 82% humidity than normal. It's only about 2-inches tall without the 45W LED grow light I have. Higher by 3 degrees.
The dimensions are Length x Width x Height. I hope this has been of assistance. You don't have to be a jerk, Anthony.
Consider this to be an algebra problem. In 15 inches, you can fit 7 2" pots; in 9 inches, you can fit 4 2" pots. So in a 15x9 tray, the *maximum* number of 2" pots you can fit is 28.
The bottom tray and the domed lid are all that's left.

This unit is fantastic, but it does have one flaw, as others have pointed out. The lid is not securely fastened. Solution: Secure the lid to the base with tie wraps and leave out in the heat for a few days, allowing the lid to return to its original shape.
It has a strong, solid feel to it. The plastic isn't particularly light - in fact, it's quite thick. It has a similar build quality to plastic storage boxes (such as those used for shoes and other items), but it is superior. I'm confident that this greenhouse kit will last longer than others, so I'm glad I purchased it. The Lid is securely fastened to the top and does not move. The lid has a nice feature in that the lip(? ) goes inside the propagator, which means that if the lid condenses, the water will go back into the green tray rather than out. br>br>What's even better is that the Seedling Starter Trays come in a variety of sizes.
I only needed something small for clones, and this seemed to fit the bill; I noticed that it stayed very humid inside, and the clear lid had very little condensation. When viewed from the side, it is clear that either the lid or the bottom part is warped or "bowed. " I believe it is the lid. br>br>I gave it two stars because I still use it, though I did have to "doctor" it a bit. Advantages: br>br>

I was apprehensive about buying this vented propagator after reading the reviews. Many reviews showed images of warped height extensions, rendering the product useless, and I already had two seed starters from big box stores that were barely sturdy enough to hold takeout food boxes. br>br>I wanted a propagator that I could use over and over again, rather than one that would crush when I picked it up. br>br>The propagator that I received is in excellent condition. The materials are sturdy and simple to put together, and the pieces work well together. The warping issue appears to have been resolved by the manufacturer, and this is a solid little propagator. I haven't done anything with it yet, but I'm sure I will.
It doesn't even get hot enough to steam up on the inside, and it doesn't have a good seal to produce warmth and humidity. I'm so angry because I squandered my money on this. I'm actually pissed off. Garbage, garbage, garbage, garbage, garbage, garbage, garbage, garbage, garbage, garbage I'm starting to believe that Amazon is selling low-cost junk in order to make a profit. . . . I'm not pleased with Amazon's poor customer service.
Despite this, the misunderstanding continues. The match was minor, and I didn't think it would affect the functionality, but after a few hours in the sun, the base became slightly more pliable, and the lid has stayed in place without movement ever since. The condensation drips perfectly back into the tray. br>br> A single misting of the jiffy pots was all it took to wet the soul all the way through, and the moisture stayed inside for over a week before I removed the lid to let things dry out a little.
This propagator can be used for a variety of purposes. It can be used to start seedlings, transplant plants, and conduct cloning experiments on various plants. Its usefulness is enhanced by the fact that it can be adjusted in height using the add-on walls, as well as the ventilation using the air intake wheels. Another significant advantage of this gardening tool is that it does not include holes in the tray's bottom. It is possible to drill holes in the tray's bottom, but it is also possible to keep it sealed.
This green house is an excellent investment. It's a little smaller than the store-bought jiffy planters, but it's much sturdier and taller, allowing you to leave seedlings in it for longer, and it also allows for excellent humidity control, which I haven't been able to achieve with other seed starting kits. However, as others have pointed out, the top does not fit well with the bottom or middle sections. However, I haven't had any problems with this, and with some trial and error, you can get it to fit and stay.
