It's a Chinese product.
That is something you could do with it. However, it is not intended for the installation of the springs. They have a spring that is far too powerful.
It's made entirely of natural jute. It has a very light natural odor. It ought to make you very happy!

It arrived exactly as described in the photo. When I cut it, I didn't like how easily it frayed. It didn't appear to be very long-lasting. It was used to secure cookie boxes filled with freshly baked cookies.
It has no odor, and I am very pleased with my purchase.
This jute has exceeded my expectations, and I am extremely pleased with it. I've wanted to make toys for my birds for a long time, and I've been on the lookout for safe, high-quality jute. Every other jute I've come across in stores smells like gasoline. I even bought some from an online store that only sells bird toys and toy-making supplies, but they smelled like gasoline. This jute has no odor and is made from natural fibers. This product has completely satisfied me, and I would recommend it to anyone. Take note of the string's width to ensure that it meets your requirements.
I purchased this to make parrot toys. This material is safe for them to chew and is just the right thickness for stringing beads on. It would have been fine with just a paper sleeve if it had not been packaged in plastic.
I was hoping for a thicker twine because this one is thin, stiff, and easily tangles. I used it to make a lamp shade that hangs from the ceiling. Due to the stiffness of the twine, the project took twice as long to complete.
I was dissatisfied with the twine I purchased. I ordered it to make Kokedamas, but it's neither thick nor sturdy enough for the job. I had hoped for more for the price. To avoid having to go out, I ordered this product online, but I'll have to return to the Dollar Store and purchase the $1 jute.
This is something I've done a lot with. There's a lot more yarn on the spool than it appears on the surface.
I love the thin twine because it looks so much better than thicker twine.
