I am very pleased with the quality of their products. I sold my Brother printers to market companies as I had done with my other Brother printers. For the past five years, I have been an avid supporter of Brother. In the past, I only purchased and used HP printers, but after around 2010, HP printers would simply cease to work after a short time. The third HP printer I tried did this, so I decided to try a Brother printer. There are now two younger Brothers with me who are still working five years later. Generally, I was leery of spending over $300 on a printer, and I was particularly leery of it after reading some reviews that had issues I have so far been satisfied with the printer after a month of use. This set-up was smooth and trouble free, and I am extremely satisfied with its ease of use. To install my HP T120 and set it up for wireless, I needed a techie friend, but with the Brother, the process was simple and I did not need any help. My husband and I are planning on keeping you posted regarding the durability of the product after a couple of months, so hopefully that will not be an issue.
