The manual can be downloaded from the internet, which is what I did. However, faxing is as simple as placing the paper you want to send in the fax tray, entering the number when it says ready to send, and pressing the start key. Make sure you have enough film before you begin. The document is copied on film.

My new machine is sending unreadable faxes, despite the fact that the copier and other devices are working. the duplicates I'm not sure how to fix it because everything I've tried, including wiping the glass, has failed. It was also a day late in arriving. Very let down. The unit was returned to me.
I received the fax machine, but it has not worked since I installed it. The manufacture code, which can be found on the fax machine, must be sent to them for repair! JOKE JOKE JOKE JOKE JOKE JOKE JOKE JOKE JOKE.
This is an excellent plain paper fax for use at home or in low-volume situations. If you get a lot of faxes, thermal transfer isn't the best option. This is a good, easy-to-use fax; I rarely use it to receive faxes, only to send them, and it has served me well thus far. For the price, it appears to be a good buy.
The only difference between this one and my previous one is that it is smaller.
