My unit has been in my possession for a long time. I didn't have to be at home to receive faxes at first. To allow an incoming fax, no button must be pressed. However, I switched phone companies at some point, and it may have been a coincidence, but I couldn't receive faxes after that unless I was at home. When I receive a fax, I let the phone ring once. I raise the receiver just long enough to hear the fax tone, then hang up, and the fax is delivered. I suppose there's a chance the Panasonic was also damaged by a power surge. I apologize for the length of my response; however, I hope it was of assistance.
It's not something you should buy. It isn't functional, and it isn't written in English. Furthermore, they will not allow me to return it.
The ink film that came with it didn't last long at all. It's only been two months since you've turned on the light!
It has a computer port, but I'm not sure if it's compatible with Verizon. If you're unsure, call Verizon.

I was looking for an old-fashioned fax machine. So that it could work even if there was a power outage, the handset was designed in a certain way. When the power goes out, the remote style phones won't work, which can be a problem if you live in the country. This is a very high-quality product. Although it is better for sending than receiving, this is a good machine. I would not recommend using a ribbon roller to ink the paper. I'd prefer to use an ink-based product. For that, you'll need a laser or inkjet printer. I would recommend it to anyone who sends a lot of short faxes because the sound quality is excellent and it has a lot of useful features such as storing numbers and so on.
I understand that fax phones are becoming obsolete, but there are times when you simply need one. It fulfills my needs on a regular basis.
Don't throw your money away on this scumbag! It will not send multiple pages without skipping some or simply stopping. Mine stopped printing the faxes I received, or anything else for that matter, because it wouldn't feed the paper properly. This also applies to sending faxes. So, basically, I have a useless piece of junk in my home office. br>br>I previously owned a Panasonic fax machine that worked great and lasted at least 10 years, so when it came time to replace it, I went with Panasonic again. Things don't appear to be made as well as they once were. This time, I'll be accompanied by a Brother.
br>Excellent value for money, and Panasonic is still a great brand!.
We had a Panasonic fax for a long time and were very pleased with it. We had no doubts about replacing it with another Panasonic when it stopped working one day. Surprisingly, by the time the new model arrived, the old one had resumed operation, so I'm looking for a new home for it. br>br>What I find more appealing about this Ultra- It has a more compact design than the one before it. We have a small space, so this is ideal. However, there is one drawback: We won't be able to use the same size film, which is understandable given the large time difference between manufacturing. It works flawlessly and was simple to set up. br>br>.
This is one of the worst Amazon purchases I've ever made. Constantly making mistakes performs its functions I am unable to send a fax. This is a terrible machine, and you should not buy it.
I don't use it for receiving and only use it a few times a year, so I suppose it's fine. It has never caused me any problems. I only gave it three stars because it's just a FAX machine. I would have given it more if it had bought me dinner.
Although this is a small machine, it has a number of design flaws. It is not only unable to handle "chasin dieseling," which is required when using a calling card, but it is also difficult to program. Its primary benefit is its small size; however, it has a non-illuminated screen that is difficult to read, and Sharp informed me that it was designed for use in a well-lit office!!.
