There are 100 users in total. Remote users can log in to receive faxes or have faxes sent to their email addresses automatically if they have correctly configured fax forwarding to email.

As a standalone Fax Server, this CimFax unit performs as expected. I configured it to receive all incoming faxes and immediately email them to the email address I specified. I like that I can send the email in PDF format because it makes reading faxes with multiple pages from a smartphone much easier. The server software was simple to install; you'll need it to do the initial setup on the unit, but once it's done, it can work on its own or you can use the software to access all faxes. I also enabled the option to save all incoming and outgoing faxes to a specific network folder, which works as expected. During the installation, I had a problem with the print driver, but Anrey helped me get it fixed; I had an old print driver and only needed the updated one. Anrey is very professional and knows a lot about the product; there is a time difference, but I was helped in less than 24 hours; I would recommend this product to others; I've been using it for about a month and haven't had any problems.
It also has excellent support. The majority of efax services bill per page. We fax a lot of documents on a daily basis, and the page overage fees were killing us. Our problem was perfectly solved by the Cimsun H5. It was simple to set up, install, and use the device. The software interface was simple to understand, even on a Mac, and the user manual was simple to follow. After maintenance work by our ISP caused a router reset, which resulted in an IP address conflict in the device, Cimsun contacted me within an hour of reporting the problem, and we set up a TeamViewer meeting with a Cimsun technician (Arny).
