Is it possible to use the EW112G3 receiver and EW100 G3 bodypack transmitter to connect an ipod wirelessly?

Daniel, yes, it should work fine. I test it on my Android smartphone as well as on my MP3 player and it works flawlessly. As long as your iPod has a headphone output that can receive a standard 1/8th or 3mm stereo cable, you should be good to go. It will work as long as you have a 5 mm audio cable. There are several ways to connect devices - phones, ipads, iPods, MP3 players, and Android phones.

Do you know of any cheaper alternatives to this cable, or does it require too much effort to buy?

As far as I know, it is not proprietary. Audio of usable quality cannot be bought for a lower price.

You should have no problems with it.

It seems like 20" would be When you use it on your guitar, you just clip it to the strap, there is just enough looseness to keep your hands from binding but it doesn't hang down very far.

As a result, this is a bit of kit that will be very challenging to find. My mirrorless camera needed this so that I could hook up my wireless receiver to it. I need this for a wide range of reasons, but I really needed it to hook up my wireless transmitter. It is no surprise that the prosumer camera comes with a Minijack hook up, while everything else I connect to my Sennheiser mic comes with The purchase was excellent and I will be purchasing more copies for backup purposes.

There's no way to predict what kind of connection you're going to need

The reason I bought this wire was as a backup because you never know what kind of sounds you are going to need to record. The board with the microphones came in quite handy on a few occasions. The audio was only sent to my headphones on a few occasions. Using this, I was able to communicate sound to my camera, which in turn communicated with the transmitter, and vice versa. A great option to keep in my camera bag when I need to get a quick fix.

It has been more than 15 years since I have filmed videos, and this is the only cable I ever use The screw is an added feature that enhances the quality of this product In order to avoid accidental cable disconnections during interviews, we use a built-in jack.

It works great and has a reasonable price when you consider how expensive good audio equipment can often be. I use it to connect Sennheiser evolution wireless lav receivers to cameras and recorders that only have 1/8" inputs.

They are the perfect pair. I was definitely pleased with the results. The quality you would expect from Sennheiser. I've tested it with my receiver and it works fine. The book was a little difficult to discover on Amazon, which was surprising, but I'm glad I found it.
