You get the most bang for your buck with the PodMic! The original reason I purchased this bundle was due to a time crunch that I was in to replace my old, cheaper newer microphone

There is just the Rode PodMic and an XLR cable for me. Rode microphones straight out of the box are a definite TANK. Great build quality and the threads can be mounted to standard arm mounts of two different sizes. It's great that it tilts on its mount, making it easy to access in an awkward position, similar to a side profile mic. My Scarlett 2i2 runs it through phantom power, outputting to Voicemeeter via a Scarlett 2i2. If you add a bit of EQ and Noisegate, this mic becomes perfect for streaming and broadcasting. As you can hear, the sound quality is much better, the highs are nice and crisp, and I added a tiny bit to the lows, and it sounds fantastic! This microphone is equipped with a built-in pop filter. Unless you really try, and get very close to the mic, you probably will not hear any In addition to the design, it also catches the eye. The quality of Rode's product is excellent.
