Yes, it has a rod mount on the side; I used it on my hi-hat stand and it works perfectly.
It's possible that you'll need to loosen the screws on the opposite side of the plastic strap and then release the lever.

The lug on the drum was locked when it was delivered. I was unable to tune it as a result of this. None of the lugs rotated in a smooth motion. Even for a snare this size, the snares appeared thin, and you probably expected the heads to be of poor quality. The rims and mounting bracket were both in poor condition. The shell itself appeared to be suitable for use with poplar. Spend a little more money on a better snare drum instead of replacing the heads and snare wire.
Because there are many snare down companies and it's Pearl that is used when going for a snare down, it did not do me justice when my brother and I were growing up watching Don Kirs on TV. I don't think I need to say it, but this snare drum is fantastic. ffsalsa/ffffffffffffffffffff.
I really like this snare because it has a nice crisp sound and doesn't have a lot of overtones. I didn't have to do much tuning to get a tone I liked with the heads that came with it. I play a double bass kit and was thinking about switching to a single bass to bridge the gap between my hi-hat and my low-hat. Hats and a snare drum This snare drum is mounted to my hi-hat stand. The hat stand brought the kit to life in a way it had never been seen before! To use the double bass, I simply move my leg beneath the snare. I like the sound of it so much that I use it as my primary snare and accent it with my 14" snare. It'd be a fantastic snare for a fusion kit or for smaller venues on the road.
This is the snare drum I bought for my cajon drum set. It sounded terrible out of the box, but after tuning and adjusting the snare wire tension, it improved dramatically. To further reduce ringing, I recommend using a moonjellie or a strip of gaffers tape, but the sound is excellent in either case. It works well with both nylon and synthetic brushes.
The included head is adequate, but I recommend upgrading to an Evans g2 head. It's the ideal complement to my kit, and I'm extremely pleased with my purchase.
My jungle kit includes a 14" floor tom that has been converted to a bass drum, an 8" rack tom mounted on a stand, and a Pearl snare drum that is also mounted on the stand. The snare drum is well-made and has a great sound. I'm looking forward to hearing how it sounds in the park for gigs.
My turntable gets a lot of power from this.
It gives me another good snare sound at a great price, and everyone should have one.
