I prefer them to my factory rims because they are heavier and rounder

It was hard for me to tune my toms and they didn't sound great. A tuner is used by me as well An automated program. An Armory set of Mapex Armory 6 pieces is in my possession. While I'm unable to recall the thickness of the factory wheels, these Gibraltar wheels are heavier and will stay round for a longer time. Even though my rims were over 3 years old, I still found them to be a bit disheveled. I am very pleased with these new ones because they look great and make a better sound.
