Do you have a LM400 version of this one?

In short, yes.

Do you have gaskets for purchase alone?

It's my fault. There are three parts included the lug, screws, and rubber ring.

What size and how many lugs does it hold?

It is typically a 10 lug drum, though 8 lug versions are available. I have never owned one with 6 lugs. This was how I did it for a 10 lug supraphonic snare drum. Hope you find this useful.
