Is there a drum included?

The snare drum does, in fact, come with the harness.

Is it possible to attach a marching snare strap to it?

There isn't a strap rigged on it. It's just a drum-set, really. Not a good instrument, it's shaped like a toy.

Is this something that can be used by adults?

The drum head is a standard 14" head, and the harness is adjustable.
