Yes, I believe it will work. It may feel a little snug at first, but after a few uses, the lather will expand to its proper size.
In this case, Fred Ormand is completely incorrect. Yes, you certainly can. Vandoren pressure plate is a term used to describe a pressure plate made by Vandoren
You could go to Saxo Alto, but it's already very well adjusted, depending on the interchangeable placas he brings. There are different measurements for the saxophone; you can use this, but you'll have to adapt it. You can buy a saxophone if you want.
I don't think so.

When a rubber band in a test sounds marginally different, I'm not sure I understand the different backing plates, but I suppose it's fun to have those options. They have a velcro backing that allows them to be swapped out. When I was looking at the photos, I had a question. While clamping down, it appears to keep them secure. br>br>What I like about this lig is that it clamps pressure is insanely even, and because of the material it's made of, it doesn't mar the mouth piece like the others I've tried. When so many others appear to tighten from one side or the other, the screw mechanism tightens from both sides simultaneously, synchronizing evenly. This results in no reed slippage and a satisfying creak as the reed tightens. The reed is held incredibly securely, and because the materials are so strong, you never get the impression that a twist on the mouthpiece will bend anything. br>It's impenetrable. br>br>I used it with a Vandoren AL4 mouthpiece and it fit perfectly with a 2. 5 reed. Highly recommended. br>br>.
As a result, I employ a vandoren optimum al3 algorithm. I can live with how tight it is because it will loosen with use, but I can't stand how much it slips. This ligature will slip all over the place even if you make a simple adjustment to your mouthpiece. I'm undecided about returning the ligature, but I'm not happy with it right now.
Quality is excellent. Each of the included plates does contribute to the creation of a slightly different tone. The screw tightens smoothly, but it must be extremely tight to prevent slippage over the slick bottom part of the Vandoren reeds I use: It's difficult to adjust your mouthpiece because everything can slide and your reed can pop off if you're not careful.
This ligature is far superior to the one that came with my sax (an Antigua Pro One alto), and I highly recommend it. It may not fit all mouthpieces, but it does fine with the Vandoren V16 A6 mouthpiece, which I use. It's incredibly simple to work with. I really like how easily the screw mechanism turns and how high-quality it feels. It does have a snug fit, which I like because it means you don't have to spend much time loosening or tightening it because it already fits snugly. Nice!.
Instead of an alto sax ligature, I received a clarinet ligature. It's a clarinet ligature, and it's smaller than anything I could use, according to the box. It's too small for my mouthpiece, which is already quite small.
This product is similar to its BG/Rovner counterparts, but unlike its predecessor, the Optimum ligature, it allows you to experiment with different plates. I experimented with it and was pleased with the results. Note that I've tried a wide range of ligatures, from simple ones like string to more complex ones like the bonade and Vandoren Optimum. This is better than Rovner ligatures in my opinion. The only flaw in this ligature is the mechanism that allows the plates to adhere to the ligature. These plates, unlike the Optimum ligature, have no secure fastening mechanism and instead rely on velcro. It took me a long time to get the plate installed the way I wanted it, and if I tighten the ligature too much, the plate will move. Aside from this flaw, I really liked this ligature and hope to see more of Vandoren's creativity in the future!.
I play with a Legere reed. This ligature isn't very effective in terms of tightening.
